basicly if we open agent page which have many listings its open instatly but same we open agency page why its takee toooo long so user returens and cant come to register as its slow, if we convince new user first he comes and see agency page which is causing problem

hi, i have problem with slow speed with agency page like if somone open agency page its load after 20 sec min and if other user meantime open as site its cant be open straigh way untill agency page fully load, agents profile working good, i tried many plugins for cache and also i maanage to clean my data base still agecny page taking too long as many agencies have more then 100+ lisitngs if no listing its open instantly , i open a ticket but not comfertble response, i checked my hosting after week we testt all good my other domains website have 90% score but this i suffer customers as grow more listings becoming more sloww
