Hello, pre-sales question. Do i need to purchase license for subdomains too? I want to use the theme on my home directory and on 2 subdomains. (One for e-commerce and one for knowledgebase) do i need to purchase more than 1 license if i want to use it also on subdomains?

All themes on themeforest are under the same license which requires one Regular license for each one end product (website), and installing the theme on different websites will require a license for each domain.
You can install the theme on a domain and its subdomains/subdirectories using one license if they are part of the main website and have the same identity (for example, in your case a shop and a knowledge base for your main website), otherwise, if the subdomains/subdirectories websites are not related to the main website then you will need a license for each subdomain/subdirectory website.

Just installed the Theme using your video installation guide. After I choose to Corporate Homepage, and the demo import is done, I can see only 4 pages imported, plus other elements like Menu are not auto generated. How can we import exactly as the demo provided?

Support expiration doesn’t affect receiving the theme updates, please note that automatic updates are provided via the official Envato WordPress update plugin (not related to the used theme).

Concerning the license, both the Regular and Extended license can be used for a single end product for yourself or for one client (1 license = 1 end product = 1 domain), however, the Extended license allows you to use the item in an end product that’s sold.
