The issue is related to the Event Manager update. We released a new update with the fix, so you just need correctly update the theme and bundled plugins.

Your “change log” section say the last update is “Version 2.0.3 – 11 January 2023”. My Wordpress say “ThegovVersion : 2.0.3”. So I guess the update is correct.

All required plugins are update. When i active Elementor the website crash.
The latest available theme version is 1.2.3
Make sure your theme version is the same.
I did that was well, but it diden’t work.
Make sure:
- the theme is updated to the 1.2.3 version
- the latest WordPress version is installed
- bundled plugins were updated
- PHP version is set to 7.4+ version
- Deactivate all third-party plugins, these also can cause an issue
Note: the latest theme version works well with the latest WordPress and Elementor versions.

something strange about this theme. Whenever my suppport expires, the theme stops functioning. When I reach out to support, they tell me to renew my support before they can fix the issue.

There are a lot of custom features and additional functionality. 2. Yes, we also use it in regular WordPress posts. But up to you, you also can use the default one.

3) There are several Links in the home of the TheGov template that do not lead anywhere. Does that mean that your image and text are loaded only in Elementor?
4) It is important for me to know that difference… if what the online template shows is the data loaded in Elementor (only as a sample) or in “WordPress posts”
5) our intention is to load dynamic data and the template should be used for that… if I have to load WordPress posts and then from Elementor have to reload image and text and link through a link… it would be double worked.
