What version of PHP is your latest copy compatible with please?

Why doesn’t your info spec panel at the right there mention what version of PHP the latest theme version is compatible with? Can you add it please instead of users having to email you? That would be very helpful. I’m afraid to upgrade my PHP to 8.0 and have it break again.

We’ve bought your theme too. But, there is no way to import the demo content via the theme options or the XML files in the package and we can’t update plugins. (Wordpress 6.3.1)

Can you help us and update the theme files so the full demo can be imported?

We’ve bought your theme. But, with the latest update there is no way to import the demo content via the theme options or the XML files in the package. We think it’s because the URL for the import is not working and it is: http://exception.it-rays.net and the other one http://it-rays.net/exp/ while the demo is on https://exception.winsomethemes.com/

Can you please update the theme files so the full demo can be imported?

EXCEPTION isn’t updated for almost one yerar. Do you have any plan to update the theme to be compatible with Gutenberg and also make it compatible with the latest version?

I have your updated EXCEPTION theme downloaded and installed. But i notice a trend in my event countdown plugin (i also tested with another) ...and error says “your site does not support block editor…”. ..so the event countdown works while I am logged in as Admin…but no display at frontend. Everything else works fine. I also get the error (Which i do not know whether it cause)...

Personally I love the Theme. However, I have basic problems with the IT-RAYS Shortcodes plugin. If I renew support, do I have guarantees of the solution? I say this because updates are missing. I will be attentive to your response to renew support

All the VC templates (like buttons) aren’t usable in Visual Composer anymore with the newest version. The elements aren’t visible in the VC element browser. When disabling “IT Rays shortcode plugin” they re-appear. This needs to be fixed!
