We apologize for the significant delay in the release of the NextAuth.
Our initial assumption that it would be compatible with `next export` was incorrect, as the implementation of NextAuth necessitates the use of a server to handle requests and responses. Due to the presence of multiple demos, it is not practical for us to deploy them using a node server with multiple services.
As a result, we have decided to retain the current JWT Auth method and provide documentation for integrating NextAuth, starting with the Credentials Provider. We may also add guide for integrating with Prisma adapter as an example for the benefit of all users. We won’t be able to add more integration examples and won’t be able to provide any guidance for other providers or adpaters as it requires significant amount of time in order to achieve one.
Our integration is complete and working on documentation. You should get the docs by 1-2 weeks.

Hi good people. I downloaded the updated Vue version but I cannot seem to find the JWT part of it not in the starter nor in the full version. According to your documentation it should be in @core/auth/jwt or @core/jwt but it is not anymore. Am I missing something?

We wanted to let you know that we have updated our folder structure in the latest version of our theme, which now includes support for Vue.js 3. Just wanted to let you know that in the new template the FakeDB example is only a server side fake for providing the access key to the client. What is missing from the new vs the old template is the src/@core/auth/jwt folder which contained, jwtService.js, useJwt.js and jwtDefaultConfig.js
In here you guys defined the interceptors for Axios which handled adding the token to the request, using refresh token etc.
I think it got lost in the conversion. It is easily added again.

I really appreciate your attention to the details and implementation. In vue 2 version, we had JWT service that was stored in `src/@core/auth/jwt` directory. However, JWT service was bit confusing for beginners so we completely removed JWT service and used direct axios API calls for transparency.
Removing JWT service simplified the usage and cleared the confusion. This comes with the cost of removal of refresh token logic. Not everyone using our template was using refresh token hence we removed it.
Regarding axios interceptors, we implemented axios interceptor for passing access token to API calls after login in latest development updates. You will get these changes in an upcoming release.

I hope this will clear up the confusion on why removed mentioned directory.

When will update the Next Js 13 File System Structure?

Thank you for reaching out. While the new app directory structure in Next.js 13 is still in beta, we won’t be implementing it anytime soon. If we do decide to move forward with it, it may require a full template rewrite to ensure compatibility with the stable release. We suggest waiting at least 6 months after the stable release before considering any changes in the current version. Thank you for your patience.

I have downloaded and unzipped, installed nodejs and run the code, but it keeps loading forever, I have raised support ticket and there was no tangible response, other than asking me to read the guide. Hello, I am using the Vue + Laravel version. I tried to install and it is working via 127.0.0.1, but when I try to run npm run dev, all I get is the blue screen that says I need to serve my content. Hey, I just downloaded your theme file and followed the instructions on Linux Ubuntu, but after “gulp” command, BrowserSync had this error:
Couldn’t open browser (if you are using BrowserSync in a headless environment, you might want to set the open option to false)
And none of the addresses work, timing out.
Any help?

We will most probably use credentials for demo purpose: https://next-auth.js.org/providers/credentials. Users will have to implement their own provider and adapter. The ideal would be to use the credentials provider, since we mostly buy this template to integrate with our own REST API, so the idea is that the authorization token of the rest api is used and not the jwt generated by Next-Auth

We can’t use any third-party library because vuetify will have form wizard and users have to refactor their code again to align with our template after we replace third-party lib with vuetify’s form wizard.
