Since the recent update of youzify version 3.3.3, I have noticed everything works well, the only problem is uploading photos to buddypress activity page, the rest of the media files are uploaded well but when it comes to photos, it just loads the photo but when you click post, it posts a black page without the photo, I have tried deactivating all the plugins and reactivating one by one, but the problem didn’t resolve

I fetched TMDB data in a movie post but the YouTube trailer has a large broken display that the YouTube account from which the video was pulled was terminated. Is it possible to override a new YouTube URL in place of the broken video URL that was fetched?

Unfortunately that’s the data returned from TMDB and stored as JSON. Therefore it has no option to change.
You can create a report for TMDB and ask them to update that data. Then you just need to update your post again.

We bought several licenses. I have installed your templates many many times on different ocasions. This is an update for a customer. We tested manual installation and also Envato, on multiple environments, different hosts (Godaddy), Local, WPEngine… It is always the same. Installing and using SAMPLe data, then the Tags on the Contact Form 7 at the Submit. Video page are not working. Categories, Channels, Playlist… This is clearly a bug or something else. I do not think the customer has to renew support, when this should have gone seamless for him.

Quick question about the Grid Poster – 4 Columns block. I am using it to display posts that have more than large enough poster images in them. I set the image ration to Movie-2:3, but they appear blurry. This is because the image tag within the class “blog-picture ul-normal-classic” has the parameter “sizes=”(max-width: 165px) 100vw, 165px” ”. Changing the value “165px” to greater values, such as 900px solves the problem, but this is not possible to change within wordpress, as it is an html tag that is governing this image, not CSS. Is there a way to override this setting so all the movie posters appear at full res without being responsive within the container?

This is the option to change the position of the player for all videos.
Please visit: WordPress Dashboard -> VidoRev -> Theme Options -> Single Video Settings -> scroll to: Video Player Position
Please note, this global option will be overridden when you set it up in each specific post.

Let me rephrase. When viewing a single video, you have a button to view in theater mode. I would like that theater mode to default to yes for viewing.

Hello, firstly this is an amazing theme which have enjoyed for a while. I am having an issue using the Youtube channel sync with the new Youtube handle update. The change is from their old structure youtube.com/channel/(channel ID) to youtube.com/@(channel handle). When inputing the channel ID with the new handle (like https://www.youtube.com/@ParanormalVeracity/) Youtube sync does not pull any videos. Is this feature still supported with the new Youtube handles?

Also, where are channel “about” sections? I can’t find a place to enter that information.

I am specifically trying to make one video on a page open in a lightbox instead of going to it’s own page. I have enabled the setting you sent in the photo, but I don’t know how to say “make THIS video open in a lightbox, not it’s own page.” Any ideas?

1/ Its working mechanism is that when you click on the play video icon, it will open on the lightbox. When you click on other areas like images or titles, it will direct you to a single video post.

Ok, I understand the mechanism of lightboxes, though I wish there was a way to have a element type that only ever opened videos in a lightbox, no matter where they press. Just a dream I guess hahah.
