Hello, I bought the theme and I update it regularly. There have been updates to ACF Pro and WP Bakery recently. I have the following message in the back office for ACF “Activate your license to enable access to updates, support & PRO features.” I thought this was provided in the theme, do I have to buy the license on my side? Similarly for WP Bakery it tells me “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.” Do I have to buy the license on my side?

Bundled plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed. You can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
If you’ve received an alert about a plugin that needs to be updated, this could be because the new version was recently released.
Unless you have purchased the plugin separately, we will provide the latest version of the bundled plugin as soon as it’s been tested with our theme.

Hello, i’ve buyed all your themes, and since the latest versions of revolutions slider, I have the same problem, I used the slider but it takes 4-5 seconds to show all the image, there is alwais a black zone at the begining, is there any way to force the slider to show it 100%, I’ve tried multiple things and nothing works.

Hi,
I found an issue with the navigation menu for the theme.
I have created a test environment, with only the Argenta parent theme installed and activated, no plugin activated, and the issue still appears.
Argenta theme version: 2.1.1 Wordpress version: 6.2.2

I’ve added the same sample page on the menu, one with a sub-menu and one without. The menu item without the sub-menu opens immediately after one click, while with the menu item with a sub-menu does nothing on first click, but will open after a second click.
If a parent menu item (top level) has a submenu, the parent menu item does not open on the first click, but will open on the second click.
I tried to check for any errors with the inspection window when testing the menu, but no error appeared even when the menu item didn’t work.
Please let me know what I need to do to get this fixed!

I’m trying to make a page with an element from argenta called “Recent Projects: Recent Argenta Portfolio projects”
2 questions: - How is it possible to make it works with pagination because for now it’s a fixed number of items into the configuration ? - Is it possible to use this element for only one category of a Portfolio project. Because I have multiples categories into my Portfolio project and I want to have separate pages with recent projects for each of them !

Just try to remove the ACF Pro plugin and install it from scratch using the Appearance > Install Plugins menu.

I was able to updated the plugin using this method but the header layout broke and I had to restore the old plugin. Any suggestions?

Found only this https://docs.clbthemes.com/ohio/ I understand that you said “support does not include: Customization services”, but tell me where to find how to put one menu for desktop and other for mobile. Hi, There is a css problem in WPML, everything is ok in the standard language, but there is a emty space in 2 languages.
EN 2 Language: https://paste.pics/bacd9945a82edccd4b1deab4e2b1540c DE standard Language: https://paste.pics/6032bfc953a27695d56ea27f7bc7c167Row stretch does not work in 2 languages. Special css codes also do not work, such as bg-right-alignment. Everything is ok in standard language.
