Hello, I have castora running along with woocommerce with paypal as my preferred payment method. However, for some reason the paypal button does not appear at check out and I get this error when I try to check out: “Could not retrieve order. This browser may not be supported. Please try again with a different browser.” From what I have read online, it has something to do with custom jquery scripts in the theme blocking paypal. Would you perhaps give an indication as to how one can resolve the block?

Hello, I am having trouble with a couple of things. #1 I can not find where to change the logo in the header. I change it in the Theme Customizations but it doesn’t update. So that doesn’t work properly. Can you point me in the right direction? #2 When installing the theme’s plugins I get this error from these two that won’t install. See below:

Hello, thanks for purchasing Castora. Most of the color coming from the Elementor widgets where you can change the color from that specific widget’s style area. And the rest of the color can change from the admin panel->appearance->theme options->styling options.

- 1 – Are the audio files uploaded to web hosting or an external service and linked?
- 2 – Does it allow you to create a list of audios and automatically go from one audio to the next when the previous one ends?
- 3 – Does this template generate an RSS feed with the list of each podcast to be able to send it to: Apple podcast, Google podcast, Spotify, Soundcloud, Overcast, Amazon music, iHeartRadio, Castbox, Pocket cast, RadioPublic, Stitcher…?

1. The audio files can be uploaded anywhere, we only used the source file, so, you can put the file link in that field and it will work.
2. Currently repeat option is available, if the audio end then it will start automatically the same file. But also have next and previous option only for clickable.
3. Currently only four podcasts options are available(Apple podcast, Stitcher podcast, Google podcast and Spotify podcase).

kindly visit this link i sent to your email, i cant give out log in access because its not a personal project. i had to use a new theme when i couldn’t figure out how to change basic things on the theme due to how it was configured. You took days to reply the first complaint, had to make a switch to another theme. its is not that i do not want to, i couldnt use it when i needed to use it. So why won’t i get a refund.
