Hello. In the PRODUCT, there are multiple images. The first MAIN image of the COLLECTION not displayed but the first image of the WATCH is displayed in the LIST. I would like to show the first main image in the PRODUCT LIST NOT FIRST SWATCH VARIATION IMAGE. Where can I change this?

My client website is running fine and everything is working as it should since beginning. Yesterday I enabled “Variant Image Grouped” and followed everything as mentioned but when I change color variant on a particular product, featured image area doesn’t show/load any image whereas slider shows all the images. And on mobile it is working fine, on change of color variant all images load and slides as well.

Please let me know what I have to do here to fix this?

I am having a bit of an issue with the announcement bar. It seems it just does not want to scroll when using the slider version. So basically, even though I have multiple slides, it just stays on the first one. Not sure if there is an extra setting I need to activate to make it work, but for the life of me, I can’t find it!

If you cannot provide staff and a Shopify Partners account, it would be great if you can give us access to your website through store login information including email & password.


I apologize for the late reply. As I mentioned, I cannot give access of any kind. However, I was able to fix the issue. In the announcement bar file, you were making reference to the slider element as “this.announcementBar”, which came back as undefined. I changed that to use “this.announcementBarSlider” instead, which fixed the issue.

yes thanks for your reply, if possible, you can directly tell me where to modify the code, such as “base.css—-line 258, I can do it myself. I can’t submit a ticket because it’s over support time. The other versions work fine, but this one alone has the header menu aligned to the left instead of the center, it looks weird. I think you can try to pay attention to this problem in the next version

I have read several reviews about the slowness of your theme and I am a little concerned. Are there any optimizations planned for speed? How does your theme perform with Google’s Core Web Vitals?

In a collection page, if I set the filter for size M, I would like to see only the products available for size M where the quantity is at least 1. If the quantity for size M is 0, the product should not display.

Does anyone know how to fix the logo in the mobile header being blurry in the latest theme update? (Ella version 6.4.2) The logo looks fine on desktop but on mobile it’s blurry and automatically reverts to a smaller size, which didn’t happen previously.

I am using jewellery template, In my first section I am using brand slider, I changed that into grid. Now I am changing 2 collections in a row in mobile but theme is not allowing me to do that. Hi I just bought this theme and the setup is so confusing I bought another theme. I don’t know how to set this up. Is it ok to not have a child theme and not set up the extra json? Can I just upload the ella-6.4.2-theme-source and work from scratch or will it not have some features?

I’ve had several issues with this theme, and the support isnt quite helpful most of the time. My current issue is with the product tabs. When I disable (or hide) the “Description” tab, none of my other tabs is visible on Desktop. I would like my “Reviews” tab to be the default tab that shows first on the product page. The only way I got it to show on mobile is by checking the “Open Tab For Mobile” in the Reviews settings. Thanks

Hi, the block of Product Recommendations do not function, not show anythings. What is the problem? I’ve right set all SIMILAR PRODUCT and RELATED PRODUCT too each product in SEARC and DISCOVERY APP. The block is alway empty. Appear and after 1 second disappear.

I am so disappointed with the support of this theme. I have write an email with almost 10 days ago about the speed of the theme but received no reply. The new theme is deadly slow even theme thumbnail is not loading in Shopify theme library. On mobile with single banner image theme is taken almost 24 second to load. Unable to open the ticket on https://halosoft.ticksy.com/. I have send an email to your support to check to know you people are able to solve the issue then i will upgrade the support. But received no reply very disappointed with your new theme and support. Will not recommend to anyone in the future.
