Hi team, i’ve received your email and i can tell you everything it’s setup the right way in the backend. I now checked my all 4 website i have with your theme and i can tell you that all 4 of them stopped sending sms notifications with twilio after the last update. I tried every combination possible : I created another twilio account, i’ve tried with and without 0 (zero) after the country prefix and nothing works. I’ve tried with 3 different phone numbers and nothing works. It really stopped working the moment i updated the theme last time. I’ve contacted twilio to check the account and they told me there’s no issue with the account. I had users who were stucked because the phone number confirmation system didn’t work . Could you please help me solve the issue. I’ve already sent you the credentials from website and twilio. Thanks

Is it possible to display the ad info/taxonomy fields inside a table, like this https://nimb.ws/698mDo ? Or even get each field response and place it in a custom table ? Just to have them inline when there are a lot of fields is not practical or beautiful.

Hey Tangible and thanks for your reply. Is it something difficult to implement, perhaps as an element for Elementor? I wish, i knew how to do it myself and don’t bother you, but I’m not that good with php.
In the next days, im going to purchase Listivo instead of Vehica, since it’s having a lot better functionality and i think a better future too. But, that table of info, is mandatory for me since i will have to add a LOT of info/fields so i wonder if you are going to implement it too in Listivo as it is on Vehica or help me a bit with the custom coding.

Hi Team, i think there’s a problem with the Twilio notification system. After i updated the theme last night notifications stopped working. I contacted Twilio and they said there’s no problem from their side. I created 2 other Twilio accounts to see if it’s my account that’s broken and it’s the same thing. It stopped sending notifications! Could you please verify if there’s something going on ? Thanks

Hey, i received you email, i’ve did what you said and still not working. I’ve sent you a reply with the credentials to Twilio + my website. SMS notififications messages still stuck in “waiting” mode after i updated the phone number. You can check for yourself. It started with the last update. Before that it was working great
Is it possible to remove the selected item if a different category is being selected in “Hero Search v8”? For example, at first, I selected Honda as the Make in the Motorcycle category, and if I then select Scooter/Car then the Bike category should be cleared or all other category has to be seen if I want to switch Make to a different one. Is it possible?

Hi there,
i am considering buying either Vehica or Listivo but there are 2 things stopping me after i have tried the demos. On Vehica i can see that it is possible to add a field, which is a must for me, for instance when client/advertiser chooses BMW then he can fill out the Model by himself because of the “Allow users to add new values via the front-end panel – available only for single choice (1 value)”. However there is no way for the advertiser to Bump the ad, which is also a must.
On Listivo however the Advertiser can Bump the ad but there is no way to fill out the Model by himself since there is no “Allow users to add new values via the front-end panel – available only for single choice (1 value)”
Is this going to be possible in the future on either one of the themes?

Hi Tangible, I have just noticed that the theme does not allow the customer to add the make and model by themselves. They have to only chose from the available list of make and models. This limits the expansion of item details since the administrator cannot keep up with all the items model numbers unless the public provides such details by themselves.

Presale question. I looked into the demos you provided. I’m looking for a particular feature where end users (buyers) could submit their information via a form submission on a listing. This is different than the seller form submission where you need to post your ad. It’s the end-user (buyer) form submission where they can apply for a service.
Specifically, I’d like to build a healthcare system where there are healthcare service providers and patients in the platform. Healthcare provider lists different options by purchasing a package which already exist in your system and the patient applies to different services offered by submitting their information. (first name, last name, email, phone, address, etc.). Then these submissions come to seller’s dashboard under a tab called “Leads”.
Would that option be added to your system?

I’ve spent countless time searching for a great theme for classifieds, and from what i can say, is that yours, beats them all! I admire your work and your commitment seen in all those updates! (I think that you should spend some more time in your description/photos for the theme sale page. It’s really underestimating it and its functionality along the speed performance)
Anyway, i want to ask you though some questions before buying (which i will do either way of your answers)
1. Is it possible to have more user types, except business and individual? In most of the cases, you need more. So, for example for a pet classified page you need atleast Individual, Rescue, Hobby Breeder, Licensed Breeder with different requirements in the registration form and payments plans (Most probably you don’t want to get money from a rescue.
2. Is it possible to show on the listing card/ad custom terms made in the listing/fields builder? (except the description and category location)
3. Is in your plans to ads schema markup in the near future?
4. Is it also in your plans to create a builder for the “Add listing” page or make it more beautiful? Please take a look at this for a good example https://nimb.ws/1NExtc (Also take a look from this theme – available also on themeforest – for what i ask/want in the 2nd question).

1. Currently it is not possible, but we will consider more flexibility related to it in the future.
2. Yes, you can show any field on the card. You can edit via Listivo Panel > Design > Design Settings. Elementor will open and you need to select “Ad Card” and add attributes. There are 2 options, one for the standard card and one for a row card.
3. Probably not in the near future.
4. We plan to add more flexibility to the “Post Ad” page in the future and the option to reorganize fields.

After searching a bit in the admin try-demo, i’ve understood. We have to set the categories/fields in the dashboard/SEO tab to display them correctly.
But the question about RankMath still remains, does Listivo support it? Yoast sucks compared to RankMath or even SEOPress.

Yes, please. I think you should since a lot of people have abandoned Yoast and moved to RankMath.
Yeah, i have seen checked the roadmap already 
BTW, you should add in your sale page that this theme supports “Conditional Logic”, even add that on tags. It’s something a lot of people want and which hasn’t been implemented on the top directory or classified themes!! The Listivo is one of its kind.

It is possible to use CDN, but we do not provide support for its customizations because different CDNs have different options and setting strongly depend on which theme option you use and the additional plugins you added. For sure you should exclude some areas of website from CDN e.g. panel page and dynamic elements. We recommend turning CDN on at the end of development and slowly turning one option after another and doing tests to find the best possible configuration.
