More info: If i turn on the Transida Plugin then we see tons of issues, But if i deactivate it then it does not show any issue on the website but as you know this plugin Transida Plugin is important for the website.

I purchased this theme for my client as I felt it is good and will fit our requirement and we will be able to customize it to take it to the level we need. For example the Slider we would like to put video but that’s not possible . Secondly we wanted to have the video in the about section of home page but that’s also a fix structure.
Can please suggest if you have standard elementor demo which we can import and customize?
If that’s not possible , please suggest how can we proceed for refund?

It is unacceptable that the compatibility with Woocommerce, a crucial component of WordPress, was not disclosed earlier in items details. The issues are also highlighted by the screenshots in the refund area.
The current WordPress theme, claiming to be “Elementor-based,” is not suitable and it imposes rigid restrictions on the ability to add new blocks and requires compulsory data on the home page and doesn’t allow to delete sample data fully. The service page has a fixed structure and does not allow for customization in the website.
Also, same error reported by other user is still not addressed via update.

In order for you and I not to waste our precious time.
May be I should request refund. If you as the author is finding it difficult to install the demo content after I have double the server requirement, then, I think there is a big issue.
Time is my greatest concern, and I value author’s time too.
If will continue to be facing this issue, it is better I request refund straight away.
I have bought several theme here, installed and I don’t have start sending tickets for something that can be eailiy resolved.
