Yhe problem is, as I mentioned in the previous comment, that I do not have the purchase code that is requested in the link that you send me to ask the question to the template support, because my license has expired.
The problem that occurred when updating the theme has disappeared, however some links in the home have stopped working when doing the update. The Awards links and the portfolio showcase grid in the final sections of the home page. I have disabled all plugins external to the theme and the problem persists.

Nice design but Really Poor support. 1-Menu not work correctly, 2-Not a multiple language theme. 3- At least one of the slider not work correctly. I just be refunded but I lost one week with theme.Who pay for that ???

We refunded your purchase kindly because you was needed metalanguage. But the multi language support did not mentioned anywhere for the theme (not in item description, demo pages etc.). So in this case we were not obligated to give refund for this reason but we did. You must ask about your needings before purchasing a product. And the slider you mentioned is working well as you can see in demo pages, there was some issues on your website and that support tickets are closed because of the refunded purchase.

The slider work well on demo but not on my website… i sent you a screenshot, a half of title was coverd buy slider…I opened a ticket for that but after few days you preferd to refund than solve the issues. thanks for refund. I liked the design. Kind regards.

I think the ‘Fullscreen wall’ page does not work correctly in mobiles. It looks weird. Both in my website and in your demo..
And maybe you should take care of the warnings in the inspection console: DOMException: Failed to read the ‘cssRules’ property from ‘CSSStyleSheet’: Cannot access rules

In both blog themes, the blog categories are only attached to individual posts. Is there a default way to list all of the blog categories in a list, without having to modify template files?

Hi, first of all your theme seems awesome, I’m very interested on purchasing this theme but I have pre-sales questions. 1/ In your demo shop page when I try to add more than one article into my cart the + or – button doesn’t work, it’s working if I add first 1 article in my cart with the “add to cart” button after that I ‘m able to clic on the +/- button. Will you solve this bug ? 2/ Is your theme really compatible with the WPML plugin because you didn’t mention it in your description. Thanks!

Hi Does your theme support WP Bakery Page builder? Elementor is pretty complicated for my use and I would prefer to use WP Bakery Page builder even if its an external plugin I have to buy and install.

The mobile “added to cart” bubble. the cart page, and checkout page are absolutely terrible. The theme as a whole looks great but those mobile problems prevent us from purchasing. Those issues really need to be adressed.

Hello. I want to buy your theme but I see a lot of problems on the demo site. For example, placing an order from a mobile phone looks wrong. https://aliothwp-dark.pethemes.com/home-shop/ is not mobile friendly. Product tags are not visible words. And there are a lot of such problems in the mobile version.
