I read that the theme Elowen is still supported and will continue to be updated.
When will it be compatible with the newest version of the Elementor 3.27.x plugin?

The current version of Elowen theme can be used with the latest version of Elementor. If you are using Qi Addons for Elementor plugin, just disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General (please see screenshot).

Presale question: You have not updated this theme since you had it uploaded 2,5 years ago. Are the fixes for codes as someone mentiones, fixed by now? Or do I also need support to make things right?
Is the theme fully adjustable with colour and font? Are there any restrictions?

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.
The theme has plenty of color and font settings, that you can use for customization.

Single product view of demo content is different from that shown in preview. Gallery images are appearing down the main product image vertically and i am not able to edit it. It’s looking too worse. Hoping for help….......I really appreciated your efforts if some can help me

hi, i have to change the web site associated to the purchase code. the previous site is no longer online, so I can’t disable it from the WordPress backend and when I add the purchase to the new site it tells me that it has already been used, what can I do?

You can try using “YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations” plugin for these purposes, however, please note that we haven’t tested this plugin with the theme.

I purchased the Elowen theme but I can’t use the demo home page layout that is called Ceramic shop, why?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot).

I like all Qode Interactive themes, but your single woocommerce product pages are too much boring. When you make an ecommerce theme, then at least you must provide a few “different” single product page designs.
