Demo content will not install, getting an error about must be in staging. Past experience means the demo content is trying to install to a Legacy Staging no longer used by WPEngine. Please conact me ASAP so I can provide credentials so you can log in and resolve

Hi! I’m trying to change the contact info on the top and bottom of the site. I see other responses to this question where you recommended downloading and installing the classic widgets plugin and then going to appearance – slider to modify this.
