Its a shame that there is no update for a long time. Can’t update properties in the elementor sidebar (infinite spinning loader). No product shown in the cart after being added. Do you have any idea about a future update ?

The latest update of the Amartha theme was 2 months ago, and we release updates time by time when there’s something to fix or any incompatibility issues, but Amartha theme right now is fully compatible with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce latest versions.

Hi, every time i try and upgrade elementor to 3.6 or above I get critical error in wordpress. How do i solve this? It is extremely annoying. I have to then downgrade back to 3.5.6 to make the website work. I have upgraded to latest theme version available.

Another week has gone by and still no new website update.

I am just going to keep commenting until this gets fixed. Not sure if it will, but I will keep commenting so everyone can see.

​Its even worse with the new update. The images aren’t loading in the “IMPORT DATA” section. The CSS is wrong on almost every page.

Guys any update on my ticket? I have been dealing with this for over 4 weeks now. I just need you to import the demo site with all the demo content. And make sure “all” the css styles are working.

Please make sure that you’re running the latest version of the Amartha theme and Neuron Core plugin.

You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It’s already included in the theme.

My website is not fully operational, especially regarding to the product showcase. I think it’s related to the Woocommerce update.

I’ve done what I was asked and sent a message twice and so far I haven’t gotten any response. I already did the test of doing a new installation of the theme and the problem persists. It really is an incompatibility with Woocommerce that needs to be resolved urgently.

Hello,

I have a lot of problems with your template and the Neuron Core plugin.

Every time I update Woocommerce or Elementor, my site is in critical error, I have to deactivate the theme, the extension, empty my cache and then reactivate them.

Moreover the Elementor editor is constantly bugging (the bug stops when I deactivate your template. This is the theme where I had the most bugs and errors, really!
