Unfortunately, we bought the OLMO wordpress theme, and I never had the need to use it in our Elementor model: Price Table, containing comparison information.
After the support expires and we cannot find any video or step-by-step instructions, do we have to pay again just to have the necessary information to apply to our Tebalas Prices model?
themefores should review this, because paying to have information is not acceptable.. no one uses 100% of all resources.. expiring technical support is something really mercanary

The minimum that could exist when purchasing a theme is tutorials on all the functions for use.
Now pay to have information about what reason the addon requests category? and there is no step by step tutorial anywhere in the world?

Hello, It seems that you have edited the theme’s files and changed the theme’s name and other things. https://tinyurl.com/2xkr9sr9 . We do not recommend editing the parent theme, if you need to add anything you can use the child theme which is also included in the theme. Currently it is difficult to give you support as we do not know how many files you have edited and which features you removed.

Hello? We didn’t edit any default files, because that wouldn’t work well.
We only edit your file name and folder due to hacks and competitor whistleblowers so you don’t know which theme we are using and it doesn’t interfere with anything.
Your theme has bugs downloaded directly from themeforest as we have already detailed.
01 – Customer comments, no longer works, used to work in full development 02 – Some pages cannot be moused over and clicked, they have bugs 03 – Via Elementor, the SETP function does not work in your theme 04 – The page or its Price Comparison system does not work. I will record a video to show you.
Note: No default file of your theme is edited, just folder renamed so that attackers do not see flaws in your theme as they exist. There are no excuses for this now as your system is at fault!
It’s unfortunate your theme in gtmetrix, googlespeed and bugs.. Not to mention that your header and footer are not capable of editing them in Elemtentor. You have to create another one that doesn’t interpret the style of the theme.

It was difficult to investigate the issue as you have used a lot of plugins and we had to deactivate one by one and try to find it out. Please understand, we deactivated all the plugins, only the Elementor plugin was activated but still there was some content showing in the front-end which is not part of our theme. The whatsapp chat options and the cookies options are not part of the theme, so how is it possible to add it without editing the theme files. So, we believe you have edited the theme files and injected code which was conflicted with the testimonials widget. I request you allow us to upload our theme from our end and then we will set it up on your site. Currently there is no option to add/upload new themes or plugins from your admin panel. So, we are unable to upload and test.
The elements you showed us are not plugins, they are just pure htmls that avoid plugins.
The chat window is HTML that needs to be embedded in the footer Cookies are pure htmls that need to be in the footer or custom css.
When creating the theme, everything worked well… and we never had any problems with any Elementor, themes or Wordpress that we have developed in 20 years of life…
Pure HTML will never cause failures when loading a theme. About editing your theme, only CSS comments sheet was changed. because in Brazil hackers mainly look for the CSS file to know the theme, version and discover things.
So all your function files are original, only COMMENTS in the css are changed but we can go back to the original and the bugs still persist.
see the attached images, this code is clean HTML and CSS that does not interfere with any theme, we have already used this in the setup and it did not cause any failures, we have used this in other themes and there have never been any conflicts.
After logging in, everything started to go wrong, editing pages breaks the entire layout and this has no reference whatsoever to our HTML code.
I’ve been developing on Wordpress for 20 years and I’ve never seen an excuse like that!
I removed all simple html customizations, no plugins are active, only Elementor. your theme does not load the reviews and still the same problem. saw how regrettable this is, 0 rating for you!
Well, in this case please allow us to upload theme and plugins as both options are disabled now in your admin panel. We will investigate the issue from our end. In our environment all the elements are working fine.

If you select header style then it will change from white to dark. Or give us your site admin access, we will set it for you.

Hello. I found an error in the code, please take a look and reply to my mail web.developer718@gmail.com I added a widget to the “Pricing Tab” page and in the element itself I checked the “Featured” checkbox and indicated “Featured Title” (https://prnt.sc/u74QPJIsfJgW) After that, I went to the page and did not see this text. The error lies in the fact that in the pricing-tab.php file there is a check to see if the checkbox for displaying the title is enabled and there is such a condition if($pricing_featured 'yes') and it should be like this if($pricing_featured ’ on’) (https://prnt.sc/NZuwWhqXo_tB) I duplicated this file in my child theme and fixed this error (https://prnt.sc/IzuqONEAdlKW) but this file is ignored and thus I can’t fix this error. I can’t edit the parent theme file itself because after the update, all my changes will be overwritten.

I think changing logo is the #1 thing a user wants to do and people would very seldom have the exact same logo size as you have. Just my tip, as I see that we struggle with same problem now. We have a tiny bit wider logo than the original. I have email you, but no answer so far. The logo is pushed to the left out of the margin it is supposed to be and don’t line up with the content under. I expect because of distance to the menu to the right is set in css somewhere. Would be useful to know where in the code so I can fix it myself.

The footer menu on the screenshot of the 404 page on your theme preview page shows paragraph text under the OLMO logo on the far left.
How can I do the same in my footer? I’m not finding the text input field anywhere for that column.
Related, is it possible to add a 5th footer widget without too much custom code?

Hello, Could you please provide your site URL and admin access to check the issue? The 404 page has the same footer as other pages, if you need to edit any widgets just go to the admin panel->appearance->widgets, here you can find the options. Currently there is no option to add 5 columns in the footer area, but if you want we can add it for you, for this we need your site ftp access.

this is just a header style set up. you can choose header style for each page, just edit the page and then turn on the override header, after that you can choose a different header style, please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/7UxZ3d0B0wUm .

Hello, You can set the color from the admin panel->appearance->theme options->styling options, here you can select your desired color as global color. And for all pages that have options for setting a unique color in the page edit, you can choose the preset color for it.

No we don’t have, Our designer takes pictures online from sources like shutterstock etc
Sorry, I should have explained that better. Many of the images in your theme have extra design elements included. For example, “hero-1-img.png” has a woman holding a phone with some squiggly shapes, a followers count, a comments count, and some additional background elements. Can your designer provide the PSD files with the graphics (without the shuttershock photo)?
No we dont have it, You will have to hire a designer to edit images as per your need

In the future, you may want to consider including these in your theme, as it’s the only way to edit the background images (shapes), section images, and frankly most of what makes your theme “pop”. Also worth noting, I just spotted that out of 22 comments, I am now the 3rd person to make this request — making it the most requested feature in the comments section of this theme.

Most themes on Envato use layered background images so that theme can be customized into other colors while maintaining some of the design aspects.
