Inside the package that you received from themeforest there is a folder called Demo that contains several xml demo files. You can import a demo by going to Tools > Import > WordPress.
After importing the demo, you’ll need to setup the Permalinks, Homepage, Menus, Widgets, and Theme Settings. You can follow the Setup section to do it manaually, or by a single click going to Appearance > Reales WP Settings > Theme Setup, choose the demo that you imported and click on Run Setup button, as seen below:

Hi Marius, I’ve noticed through using the Query Monitor plugin that my site is consistently experiencing a string of errors seemingly having to do with what I believe is your “short-tax-plugin”. Any idea why this might be? Over the years my site tends to crash intermittently from what I’m told by my host is a situation where they have “to kill many sql queries started by our site”. Do you think these errors might be causing this?

I need a theme and/or plugin for real state, that doesn’t list properties on frontend. I need all Buy requests goes to Admin AND all Sell requests goes to admin; and admin match them later over phone.
So its kind of common real estate website, but works on the backend by sales team not by individuals (C2B2C NOT C2C)

I acquire this theme and noticed is not Gutenberg optimised therefore the only option available is the very limited Block Editor.
Is there any builder that you recommend to work with this theme and that is compatible? Such as, for example Divi or other?

All reales custom sections are also available as Gutenberg blocks, so yes, you can use Gutenberg editor.

Hello, is there a way to allow listings to be renewed without going through the admin for approval? I have listings set at a 30 day expiration, and there’s no approval needed to post, but to renew it’s default going to me to be published again. Thank you for you help in advance.

I don’t understand your question? As I said they are set to expire at 30 days. The issue is the renewal process. If a listing didn’t sell and a user wants to renew or repost it, why does it have to go through the admin to publish the listing? I have it set so there’s no approval needed to make a post, so why is a repost defaulting to need approval? All I’m looking for is this to be bypassed, so a user can repost their listing as many times as they need to until sold, without an approval from the admin. Thank you

Please make sure when install the theme, first unpack the package received from themeforest, that is not the theme you need to install. After unzip-ing the package, you’ll find inside a folder called theme and in it a zip file > that is the theme file.

I’d like to separate the listings into different countries, (for example Brazil / Spain / USA) so that all the listings are not shown altogether…is it possible to separate the site menu to list these different countries?
