will there be an integration with your hope UI? Also, does this work with nextjs?
Thank you for your question! The Noteplus template is built with Bootstrap 4, which means it is not compatible with Hope UI, as that uses Bootstrap 5. Additionally, this template is not designed to work with Next.js.

Our template is compatible with Node.js version 16. Please ensure that you use V16 for this template. Thank you.
Thanks for the quick response. Downgrading the Node.js version did not change the outcome. It seems that additional steps, such as downgrading Python to version 2.7, might be necessary.

If I buy this them, can I have multiple users sign in with a password to use it on their own. For example, if I wanted to have my team of 3 have their own interface.
This is a static HTML, Vue, and Laravel template you want to be it is functional then you need to create your own.

No this template don’t have home page.This is static template if you want any customisation you need to hire freelancer developer.
