Hi 4GraFx,
I was under the impression that the “Sign up for our newsletter” form would come with the same validation and functionality as the contact page. Could you please provide some code so that that is enabled? I would really appreciate it!
Hi nima5 and thank you for the purchase. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding about the newsletter. To have a functional newsletter system you will need a script to handle all that and a mysql data base.
You can check this 2 scripts here and maybe they can fill your needs.
1. http://codecanyon.net/item/newsletter-system/52667 2. http://codecanyon.net/item/mailrock-xml-newsletter-mailing-list-system/2092659
Please let me know if i can help you with anything else.
Cheers
Awesome template, is there an psd version of this?
Hi Brandi18, and thank you
.
We don’t have a PSD version since this is build entirely using CSS and directly on to the Foundation framework. The pack contains the necessary PSD files for couple of the images used in the template.
Cheers
Ah ok, thanks for the response.
The live preview seems to be down at the moment.
Up and Running
.
Ah, it’s down again.
The preview is working fine. No idea why you don’t manage to see the preview.

I was hoping this would be a more visual led template – but its not, it’s hard to work out in a wysiwyg editor, what do you recommend I do?
Hi dee-uk,
Thank you for the purchase. This is a HTML5/CSS3 template so it has no wysiwyg editor. You will need HTML and CSS knowledge to configure and use this template. For me the best tool to use is Dreamweaver or Notepad++, but this is a personal choice
. If u need any help with configure please let us know on a private message or join us on our forum ( http://forums.forgrafx.com).
Cheers
Hi, does the blog work on the HTML version
Hi Kavev,
The blog is not working since this is a HTML template. You need to implement a blog script or implement the template to wordpress (or any other blog platforms).

Hi 4GraFx,
I love your template and it perfectly matches the style of my company. As my knowledge of HTML is little and my knowledge of php is non-existent, I am really looking forward to a Wordpress Theme. Do you have any idea when you will release a WP theme? I have to build a new website as soon as possible, but would love to wait for your theme. Do you think it will come to our world in 2012?
Thank you in advance and keep up the wonderful work!
Hi marcvos, Thank you for your interest in our theme. The WP is in the making and we establish a deadline for 7 January. We hope to release it sooner but we are trying to release a max premium product and that increase the work time on the WP template.
Cheers
Thanks for the fast response! I will be waiting, it will be a wonderful Christmas (or New Years) present!
Hi 4GraFx,
Any idea if you will make your deadline, or when we can expect the TouchM WP theme?
All the best for 2013!
Thanks again for the help – I’ll be leaving a testimonial in a few minutes!
I do have one more question related to the custom option boxes. In using the jQuery Validate plugin, the error message is hidden regardless of where i place it because its being hidden as part of the standard option/select div where display:none. Obviously if I set the display to visible to validate error message apears if they don’t select anything, but then so does the “standard” select/option box. Is there a work around for this? —it doesn’t seem to matter where i place the error code – i believe thats because jquery.validate is placing it within the element structure.
Hi jcl9008
Can you please explain in more details the problems on our forum? Here is the support forum: Support TouchM

Hi 4GraFX – I purchases the original version of the template – in my template files the custom drop down does not work. (it shows the label and nothing else). In the newer versions I see that this is fixed. I’ve customized the template so much that I don’t really want to play with replacing the files if i don’t have to. I looked in your change log and it doesn’t look like you “fixed it” – but its fixed in the latest release. By chance can you tell me what files have been modified and where the modifications were so that I can manually make them ?
Hi jcl9008,
Thank you for the purchase. Replace app.js from the new download file with the one that you have on your site
. That should do the trick.
Let me know if i can help you with anything else.
Cheers
Hrmm. I replaced the file – still the same thing. anything else that would have caused the custom drop downs not to display at all?
Can you please provide a live link for the website via email at support@forgrafx.com.
If you don’t have a live link setup please send me a zip with your website and i will take a look.
Cheers.
Actually, I dont have to put you out like that. You guys are great!
I managed to make it work. The template is awesome and I highly appreciate it guys. Thanks 4GraFx. Once again thanks a lot! and have a good one!
Yes i have the following files: - contact folder ( class.phpmailer.php, process-form.php ) – javascripts folder ( jquery.validate.min.js ) – contact.php
But the form is still not working. I was wondering if there was anything else i needed to do to make this work.
Hi Primecoder,
Can you please send a live link to support @forgrafx.com?
Cheers
Hello, I was wondering if you can direct me a bit. The contact form is not working for me. all I did was enter the destination email in the process-form.php was this wrong? below is where i placed the destination email. Please help.-
require_once “class.phpmailer.php”; $mail = new PHPMailer(); $mail->IsMail(); $mail->IsHTML(true); $mail->CharSet = “utf-8”; $mail->From = $email; $mail->FromName = $contactName; $mail->WordWrap = 50; $mail->Subject = $subject; $mail->Body = $message; $mail->AddAddress(‘evowebsolutionsfirm@gmail.com‘); $mail->AddReplyTo($email);
Hi Primecoder,
That is the place where you should edit your address. If your form is not working like this please check to see if you site has this files:
- contact folder ( class.phpmailer.php, process-form.php )
- javascripts folder ( jquery.validate.min.js )
- contact.php (quite hard to work without this
)
Let me know it that worked.
Cheers
P.S.: Check forum here!
Any news on when version 2 will be out with the extra pages to match the HTML version?
Hi artistic24459,
You will have to ask this question on the Drupal theme comments. Tabvn is taking care of the Drupal Version and he can give you more details about that.
Cheers
Thanks for the quick reply. Will you be developing a word press version?
Yes. The WP is under construction but we have no E.T.A.
Is there any way I can see what the back end of the theme will look like. Meaning, editing wise and adding content? Also is there any interface included in the theme for a profile of sorts for the people who login or is it just saying they logged in, they have no extra capabilities? Thanks!
Hi dumccrae,
This is pure HTML5 /CSS3 template. That mean it has no admin zone, you have to edit and add content using HTML editors. The login and registration is for design purpose only. You need to implement your own script to handle the registration and user profiles.
Cheers
Best template I ever bought. Everything integrated. Usable for so many things! Great job!

Hello 4GraFx,
first a big praise for the great site. My question to the contact page. 1.If not all fields are filled, and the email is sent, an error in line 25 of the form-process-file is displayed. 2. Upon successful send the mail, a new page is opened. Is that correct. Is there a way to display text (e-mail was sent succesfully) in the same page.
What I have to do. Regards Jens
Hi jenskamer, thank you for the purchase and kind words.
1. Yes …the messages from the lines 15, 25, 28, 36 are displayed in case the user did not complete the field. You can customize them as you wish.
2. Upon on successful send email you don’t have a new page open. The confirmation of the email sent is in the same page just above the form (the form fields will be cleared). If your form is not working like this please check to see if you site has this files:
- contact folder ( class.phpmailer.php, process-form.php )
- javascripts folder ( jquery.validate.min.js )
- contact.php (quite hard to work without this
)
If any of this files are missing please re-download the theme from themeforest.
I hope this helps. Let me know if i can help you with anything else.
Cheers.
