Hello, we are having trouble adding a subscription plugin to the WooCommerce flow. We have tried both Webtoffee and the official WooCommerce subscription plugin, but neither is working. Our dev has said that he has tried deactivating all plugins one by one on our staging site, but it seems to only rectify when he changes the theme. Is there some issue with the theme and subscriptions?

Why can’t I switch the php version from 7.4 to php 8.? my theme version of life guide is 1.0.9, is there a newer one? My contact form is no longer working properly and is in a permanent loop. The update of the theme without any unexpected issues is possible only if the child theme was activated after the demo-content installation. If it was done, in your case, follow these steps to update a theme:
1. First of all please perform a full backup of your website and database via cPanel or similar hosting control panel. If something will go wrong during the theme update, you’ll always be able to rollback the website to a workable stage.
2. Just in case please copy all code from WP Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS. Save this code in a separate txt file on your PC.
3. Then connect your host via FTP in Binary Mode: https://prnt.sc/u665xi For these purposes you may use such software as https://filezilla-project.org/
4. Rename previous theme’s folder to theme.old folder in /wp-content/themes/ directory.
5. Upload via FTP in binary mode new folder with parent theme to /wp-content/themes/ directory.
6. Clear cache in a browser and check the result.

Hello, I have a question about the Slider set up at the top of the theme. I have successfully set up the Theme Slider with my own photos. But the words displayed in the Slider Layer are displaying smaller than the “PREV” and “NEXT” at the bottom left and right of the page. I have the Layer Tag set to H1, but it doesn’t display the text as large as DISCOVER in the demo. Also, there is no second line of text (“Living a Life with Passion” in the demo). Hey, My Lifeguide theme is putting me in a logout/login loop. I can’t edit pages or posts in the dashboard without it spitting me out. When I type in my login details and password, it says ‘password incorrect’ and spits me out, even with the right password. Have deleted cookies etc, still not working. It looks like it’s my own website trying to figure out who is logging in, not wordpress itself. Any ideas? Cheers
