hi when i create a blog post it has its own domain www.mydomain.com/blog_title, but from the blog overview with the grids, when I navigate, I would then click on a blog post and I would need to have it as a the following domain www.mydomain.com/blog/blog_title and not www.mydomain.com/blog_title. Hope you know what I mean. The journey is not presented in the actual URL itself. Do I need to manually set up each URL in the post settings to do it? Thanks.

I just updated the theme to “VERSION 2.0.4” certain elements within the theme are not working anymore including certain elements using the plugin ” Element Pack Pro” I went ahead and purchased the plug in and it did not resolve the issue. PM me so we can get this figured out.
Hello, there’s no need to purchase the plugin, as it’s included for free in the theme. We had some trouble with their licensing system recently, which prevented us from pre-activating the plugin, but we already fixed it and will include it in the upcoming update.

So – I shall ask my question here instead: I have installed your theme on a multisite installation, which works fine on the main site. However, when I set up a test subsite, the theme does not work – the theme options do not load, and I cannot install the demo content for each demo site shown on your sales theme.
When I purchased the theme – I read the “SaaS” in the theme title, and assumed this meant I could use this theme and all its demo content on each new subsite in my network… would you kindly explain where I am going wrong? Because – If I am unable to use this theme across my network then it is of no use to me whatsoever I’m afraid.. I am unsure why you put SAAS in the title if I cannot use this theme as a business on my network!?

Hi, you will need to install the theme to use this demo. It can’t be imported as a stand alone page, on a different theme.

Hi, I uploaded the zip file to WordPress but it does not work. I am not prompted to install and activate the required plugins. or anything, and when I visit my website, it looks weird with only some widgets around. I have uploaded the only WordPress files zip file and I am using Siteground + Wordpress so I don’t know what the problem is. Thanks for the fix.

Hello, unfortunately, the demos from other themes are not available. As you probably already noticed, you’ll only get the demos and inner pages from Framer theme.

1. Those are meant to showcase the theme features, so there was no point on making it functional.
2. Sure, you can add the login link directly.
3. It’s not available in the theme settings, but it can be done with some custom code. Our colleagues will gladly assist you with that on our support system.

Hello, once license can be used on one domain only. You can use it on multiple subdomains or subfolders.

Thank you for your feedback! You can increase the size in Theme Options – Header – Logo Height. On the bottom of the same page, you will find the option for mobile logo height as well.

1. We didn’t test SureCart. If you encounter any issues, we can either try to help you fix them (if possible), or issue a full refund.
2. Yes, you can either import both demos and copy/paste sections, or you can use template library to add the needed blocks to your page.

Hello, this happens because you installed Rise first, and the demo list was cached. Go to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data to get the new list.
