Hello, I have purchased the product but within the Framey plugin, in the “Demo Import” section, the “Demo Import Wizard” option does not appear. How can I make it appear? Because there is a Demo page that you have that I would like to use as a base for the menu of my new website.

Hello, you don’t need to purchase Elementor PRO or any other plugin.
The difference between our themes is the demo templates, so it’s recommended to choose the theme that fits your project best in terms of design. Framey is a dedicated SaaS theme, but Vault also has some templates for this industry.
I am very disappointed,i paid for this when it was framer and now because of the name switch, i cannot get support, or upgrades. i paid extra for the support. Im very mad, i need solution to fix this so i get upgrades and the support i paid for

i sent an email to that email address yesterday and no response. I even tried responding to an old ticket on https://support.uicore.co/help-center/tickets/2468 , no response. I cannot create new tickets because when i select framey to create a ticket it, it take me to this page https://help.uicore.co/ then if i click on the ask me button it said framers expired. this is crazy, i paid for extra service and all i get is the run around

Hello, when I acquire this template, can I work on it in a provisional domain and then migrate to my original domain? Is that possible? Would the regular license still apply? If the above is not possible, would it be best to do it with a subdomain? Would we have problems with the license?

I’m creating a Saas startup that features chatbot support, which will be only available for users with a paid membership plan. I”m using a WP plugin for the chatbot.
My queries are -
1. Do I need to buy a separate membership plugin for this to work with your theme? If so, which one is recommended.
2. For after-login pages, how/can I use the theme builder? This is right now crucial for me. For instance, I need my after-login pages will be - A Dashboard Page - A Blog Page - A Knowledge Base Page - A page where Chatbot will appear. - A page for User Profile where they can change their profile picture/password. - A Page for Membership Details info. (so, I’ll need a login/signup page as well)
3. Do I need the Elementor Pro version?
4. Do you have any google pagespeed insights score screenshots to share?
5. The key concern is I”m not a tech-guy. So, I do need to accomplish the project without needing to touch code, at least initially. Can I rely on the functionalities to work with my requirements?
Hello, please keep in mind this is a rather complex project, so even if you don’t need coding skills, you need a solid WordPress foundation to be able to make this work. Regarding your questions:
1. Yes, you will need a membership plugin, free or paid, depending on your requirements. You can start with the free ones, until you find one that fits your needs: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/best-wordpress-membership-plugins
2. This is not part of theme builder’s capabilities, so you will need either a conditional display plugin, or a more capable membership plugin.
3. For this project, the theme, and the membership plugin should be enough.
4. You can test any of our demos, but keep in mind we’re using a fast VPS. On shared hosting plans, speeds can be lower.

Hello, if you’re looking to build multiple websites with this theme, you will need to purchase licenses for each end website. If it’s an oursourcing business offering different services, yes, you can use it with a single license.

1. Download the Installable WordPress file from your themeforest account.
2. Go to Plugins and delete UiCore Framework and Element Pack Pro.
3. Go to Appearance – Themes and upload framer.zip
4. Install the required plugins from the notice banner.

Got it. It means the MBstring PHP extension is not enabled on your server, and it’s needed to run the theme. You can enable that in your cPanel account: https://www.how2shout.com/how-to/enable-mbstring-extension-whm-cpanel-vps-servers.html

Hi, if you migrated your website, you need to save Theme Options to regenerate the CSS files. Otherwise, check your browser console for errors. It could be a mixed content error.

I have read the discussions and I have tried to do all the solutions that they propose, and their possible combinations of effects, and nothing works on mobile, additionally it also deconfigures in the web page view on the computer so I would ask you to help in order to solve the problem since the page is unusable on mobile and it is already in production.

The problem on your end is the markup you added in the custom js. In there you can only add JavaScript code. For your code that embeds a script “Custom Content in Footer” option is the right fit.
