You have purchased an Avantage theme and the purchase code you are using is related to the theme purchase. On the other hand, you are probably trying to use that purchase code with the Bold Timeline plugin or Cost Calculator plugin which come with the theme.

You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins

The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme your client has purchased, Avantage .

Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.

What you should do is add inner row with one column to the tabs and drag the existing tab contents into respective inner columns.

Then leave the alignment of the inner columns left. This way titles will be aligned to the right and inner content to the left.

We assume that you intend to use custom CSS to change the out of the box look and feel.

You can do it in more than one way. You can add custom class to each of the page elements using Custom tab of edit dialogue – Additional class name(s) field.

Than you can add you custom CSS globally – Appearance > Additional CSS or on per page basis (Additional CSS button at top of Bold Builder backend editor, when editing specific page)

Naturally, you can also use child theme or third party plugins as well.

Thanks for the purchase and sorry for inconvenience, but the the server issues are out of our control

Related to demo import, our hosting provider, SiteGround is having issues within their infrastructure, but they are currently working on the resolution of the problem.

We expect the issue to be resolved soon and consequently that demo import starts working

As far as the support site is concerned, it seems that the entire ticksy application (our support site is part of it) is currently down. We hope that they will sort it out soon, the downtime usually lasts up to one hour.

Again, sorry for inconvenience but it surely is a strange day for internet service providers

Hi,

BT Import works in the following way: it downloads all images referenced in XML from our server to your local WordPress instance, it inserts the image post and creates all necessary thumbnails.

Once all the images are processed, it inserts posts from xml.

The BT Import has the checkbox Disable image processing which skips the thumbnail creation process which is heavy on processor and execution time. Have you tried turning it on?

If the issue persists, the problem is most likely with some restriction imposed on the server side. Does the JavaScript console reports any issues in the import process?

It seems that you have managed to resolve the issue in the meantime or we might be missing something (from our side, when we look at the form we end up with clearly visible error message).

Anyhow, try adding:

}

It will explicitly set the notice color to black.

I tried to add plugin for recaptcha v2 (invisible) but it didn’t overwrite the actual visible one.

Hi,

The Avantage theme does not add recaptcha. It must be one of the plugins. The only part of the theme package which can be responsible for captcha can be cost calculator plugin if you are using it and if you have chosen to switch the recaptcha feature on.

Please try deactivating the plugins one by one and check which one exactly implements the existing recaptcha functionality.

This is in fact the expected behavior. If you interact with the slider on touch screens it will pause the play until next touch. Since your slider is tall enough so that you need to touch it when you scroll, it pauses.

Anyhow if you wish to avoid this, you can add the following to the Custom JS field (Appearance > Customize > General Settings):

If you edit the Slider element, you will notice size property on General Tab. You have probably set that to Auto. Try setting it to Keep height – it should set the height of all slides based on the tallest one.

This is almost certainly the issue with the hosting environment – either the access rights are not set properly or there is a security layer which prevents the headers and the payload created by WordPress wp-admin to pass by.

Please consult your hosting company – they have access logs which can pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.
