Hi, I really like your overall UI/UX of your theme and I’m considering upgrading my website with it:) But before doing it I have a few question regarding my live website:
1. I have Wordpress website build on hello theme. Do you think I might have issues when importing your theme to my Wordpress and swapping hello theme with your theme on staging? If I face some major issue is there a chance to get a refund (in that case I won’t be using your theme)
2. I know there are obligatory plugins to be installed with your theme. One of them is simple podcast plugin with produced me some issues previously (RSS channel issues – duplicated my podcast). Is it possible to skip this plugin when installing your theme as I’m hosting my podcast with Anchor and I prefer to embed my podcast with the Spotify player instead of that obligatory plugin.
3. Are the WooCommerce pages like My Account, Cart and Checkout made with Elementor? I am also using Cartflows for the checkout. Do you know if this plugin is working well with your theme?
4. I am using a Code snippet plugin to make some PHP changes on my website. Is this plugin working well with your theme as a functions.PHP adjustments?
5. I am using MailPoet as my newsletter service – I just want to check if it works well with your theme as well?
6. I’ve already created podcast sub-category/post type on my website using Custom Post Type UI plugin – will I be able to keep that custom post type when importing your demo?

Hi, before purchasing the template, we would like to understand if and how it would be possible to add a calendar to each course page/sheet, where to indicate the specific course schedule (which days in which weeks/months the course is scheduled) and ensure that the user chooses the available dates in which to follow the course, and then buy it.
Also if in addition to the courses it were possible to create other types/categories of products for sale, for example food products.

We didn’t test mentioned functionality and can’t guarantee it would work as you expect. We can guarantee the proper work of what you see on our theme’s demo.
Theme is a base and if you want your own extra customization, with proper skills and experience, it is possible to do almost everything. But we want to mention that such customization is not included in the theme’s support.

Hi, thank you! You can hide header and footer on WordPress, there are a lot of articles and tutorials on how to do that on Google.

You potentially can do almost everything with customization if the specialist has the needed skills. But FYI: Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

Customization is not included in support from the theme’s authors. If you want to do customization you can hire specialists on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc who can help with that.

Yes, a theme made with the free version of Elementor and after a one-click demo import you will get the same website as on the demo ready to edit. You don’t need to buy Elementor Pro, moreover absolutely most themes don’t support the full functionality of paid version of Elementor Pro, so it is no sense to buy it.

Hi, thanks! You can do so for courses with LMS LeranPress plugin.
But for events or meetings, the default functionality is not support paid services. For events, you can get leads with the contact form or redirect via the button to third-party services with a payments system. For Zoom meetings, you also can redirect to third-party services with the paid service system. Magnetique theme supports the WooCommerce plugin for online store and it is possible to sell digital products too, so you can potentially organize paid service with WoCommerce.
Also, you can make pretty much every functionality with customization. Themes support doesn’t provide customization but you always can find a developer on Upwork or Fiverr who can help with that.

Hello, I have purchased the theme, and I have some questions. 1- Elementor Pro Version is necessary, because I see that there are Blocks of the armed pages that are not present in the free version. 2- The blocks of the pages were created by you, or are included to reuse just as they appear. 3- Elementor Pro would allow you to copy already designed blocks from a page and then paste them into another created page. 4- Is there a way to make the theme more agile in terms of navigation, since I don’t know if it’s due to some plugin but I notice a slow navigation.

In the demo we turned on all examples of header types like transparent/with background, logo on the left or on the center, top header on/off, header top + header bottom etc, so you can check it. All such types of the header you can create with custom theme settings.

Yes, if you enable the “Instructor Registration” option in LearnPress users can register as Coaches (instructors). On our side, it works as it should with no issues:

LearnPress is a third-party soft with its own timing of updates, please use the current version of LP which is compatible with a Theme, because we can’t guarantee compatibility with new LP updates. Also, we recommend making backups before such updates.
We release theme updates periodically including updates of the last version of LP and adding such info to our backlog (at the bottom of the https://themeforest.net/item/magnetique-coaching-online-courses/40222449) for more convenience.
At the moment we can’t provide the date of the new update. We will try to do it soon based on our capabilities and backlog.
