Still not works with WooCommerce 10 ‍♂️.Can’t update my website because of this theme…

Hi Nova-Works. There is an issue with the novaworks plugin, where its conflicting with the latest version of Elementor. I think that this was a problem a while back. Any help would be great.

Hello,please I require support, I am having issues with

1. The theme, I can not edit it in Elementor, the elementor section of widgets just shows a loader and is unclickable.

2. I cannot register my license for Novaworks as well using the license key from the purchase of this theme.

3. In the preview, I can no longer see the categories section, but it appears when I am in the Edit with Elementor page

4. I cannot update SliderRevolution with the license key from the purchase of my product, it says its invalid but the license is the same as the purchase code (I followed instructions from Slider Revolution on activing key using license from code canyon)

These are the error messages I see throughout wordpress:

“Your theme (Juliette Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. “

Error messages in Woocommerce status page- “juliette/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 9.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.6.0, juliette/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.6.0, juliette/woocommerce/single-product.php”

Hi Nova! Could you update the outdated templates for woocommerce? Core version is way out of date! Thanks, you rock!

Hello, there are several bugs with the shopping cart in the theme.

when a product is removed from the cart, the product image remains and spins infinitely.

when a product is added to the cart, the product does not appear in the cart.

Please fix these bugs.

I was exciting to use one of your template, but your demo doesn’t work as indicated… So I was a bit disappointed to be honest. It was a first theme from you and was going to buy some others on themeforest but doesn’t want to risk it as I have a lot of issue with this one and do no want to waste money on something if there’s any support so this is the moment to see if there’s someone here on the team.

So there is the first issue that I have. I manage to import the demo, and check the product variable but the variables doesn’t appear as it should, and as I see on the demo.

1) I have updated the theme today and the Flying cart went missing. This is the issue we are facing with every update.

2) Instagram widget is throwing an error – No post found same as your demo (https://juliette.novaworks.net/)

We have a very serious problem that periodically occurs on all ecommerce sites where we have your theme.

In particular, permalinks break and so for example the shop page is no longer accessible and goes to 404.

To solve this we have to update and reload the permalink settings.

Have you had other similar reports? How can we solve this?

This has never happened to us on other ecommerce sites, only with your theme.

Just wanted to know the search bar at your mobile view doesnt show how would it come up?

How do I show the custom archives for news and sales? I go to the url and add /news (slug set under “New Products Section in Shop”) but I get 404.

There seem to have an issue in the theme it doesnt let us to go into the checkout page after we add the products and add to cart and view cart and the checkout redirects to the cart page why?
