hello, i am using your theme from last 1 year and viewer just visit information page with scroll down and they want to go tour plan page they need to go upward then click on next tab. so is it possible to change tab form to scroll automatic to next tab, means 1st information then scrool direct move to tour plan then location gallery etc.

The booking functionality by default opens Contact Form 7 form – in essence enquiry form as it ends up on admin email. The theme does not include a fully featured booking management system.
On the other hand, you can reroute the book now button links to the external or internal url meaning that you can use either external third party booking service or WordPress plugin of your choice for booking purposes instead of CF7.

Hi,
In case someone else has this problem, I was struggling to get the category search to work for the search form on the home page (I only use category search, not keywords etc). If I choose a category and click on Search, it would take me to the Tours page but would show all the tours, instead of the results. I changed ‘search_categories’ on line 33 of views/list/params.php to ‘search_tags’ and now it is giving the right results.

Hello, I am wondering if you can help withthe header image on a tour page. when i look at it in Firefox it looks fine but in chrome the image seperates from the top of the text area and shows a grey part of the page from behind

Also, keep in mind that Travelicious is the theme suitable for tours / tour packages and is not suitable for accommodations / real estate.

1. Yes, you can hide the booking option and add the contact info either within the tour description or on a separate page which would be linked from the Book Now button (naturally, you can customize the Book Now button label as well.
2. You can choose to display the categories as filters and choose to display Months and Years instead of full Calendar across Tour Search Forms. Other customizations are not available out of the box.
3. Yes, the theme support RTL.

1. No, it does not support RTL
2. No, it does not include fully featured booking system – you have to use third party plugin or external booking service
3. No, it does not include online payments – you would have to use either third party plugin or external booking service
4. You do not have to purchase anything additional to get the site as on our demo, but keep in mind remarks from above. All booking forms on our site are Contact Form 7 based forms.
5. Yes there is, if the theme does not work for you, you can request a refund as long as your initial support period lasts (by default six months)

Related to RTL, do you intend to use it as a multilingual setup or one language RTL site? Multilingual setups are definitely not supported.
If you are going to use it for the one language RTL site, we have tested in detail the layouts with available RTL testers, and you should not have major issues.
On the other hand, please note that we are a native LTR language users and that we can not guarantee a completely bug free experience in terms of all of the options out of the box. None of the users used RTL setup so far, so we have not seen it in practice and you would be the first.
If you are willing to give it a try, note that of it turs out that the theme does not work for you, please let us know and we will refund you .

Updated to 6.2 wordpress and the theme crashed, giving a 503 error. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted. All of our websites running on Bold themes – MANY are down

It seems that you have not activated the Travelicious plugin, or if it is activated it is not updated to version 1.5.3 as explained above.
Please make sure to update the Travelicious plugin and Bold builder plugin as well once you update the theme.

The featured image not showing in the tour search, through the tried many images are still not showing, and I am not sure what other settings to be done to have the image show back, I must have missed some settings.
in the dev tool the image URL showing as empty, in the WP editor the image is selected and showing in the backend.

It really depends on do you want to hide the Location tab on all Tours or just some of them.
If you want to generally hide the Location tab, you can check “Hide this Tab on all Single Tour pages” checkbox under Location (Appearance > Customize > Tour Single Tabs) and it will remove the Location tab from all Tours.
If you want to hide the Location Tab on some tours, leave this checkbox unchecked and add Override Global Setting (bottom of single tour edit page) “Hide this Tab on all Single Tour pages” under Location (Tour Single Tabs section in the dropdown) and it will remove the Location tab from that specific tour.

The last two versions of the Contact form (CF7 – ver 7 5.7.3 and 7 5.7.4) are disable the travel date. After update all tours show only [tour date]. Localization (translation) into the local language is also reset to english. https://ibb.co/g7Tn9dR (here is picture of situation).

We can not recreate the issue locally, the dates from your screenshot are displayed properly.
Please check the following:
1. That your theme version and Travelicious plugin version are 1.5.1 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/travelicious-changelog.txt if not, please update the theme and packaged plugins.
