Hello, I’m interested in this theme, just wanted to confirm does this support RTL layout and is compatible with WPML or not.

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

Pre-sale question, the theme has not been updated in a long time. Will this be updated to support the latest version of Wordpress and other plugins? The demo link also does not work

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

Hi could you kindly explain why any SVG added in the options panbel does not work. Only the predefined? I wanted to put in a support ticket but its expired and the documentation is slightly underwhelming and features basic wordpress and really very little about the idiosyncracies of the theme itself. The options panel looks largely blank because everything is default and shows no name . I think this theme options panel nis not working with current updates and wordpress and php.

The SVG options are working correctly on our installation. Also, the current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Have you removed version and id attributes from your SVG path for HTML validation? Also, have you checked if the SVG you’re trying to add is correct and displaying in browser on it’s own?

Unfortunately, when the text includes umlauts (we use “Ü”) the dots above disappear as soon as the animation ends. Is there a way to make the letters a bit smaller and instead show the dots above?

Not impressed with this theme whatsoever. None of the styling is consistent with Elementor widgets, the options panel is bloated and had I noticed there had been no update for nearly a year, I wouldn’t have bothered. Going to seek refund.
Update: This theme really does suck. The logo for mobile settings is hard coded and unless you pull the theme apart, cannot be changed via the theme options.
The checkout is also broken, displaying a strange image instead of the coupon button.

You, believe that the theme is well documented. I’m telling you, its’ not! As for support, that took forever and was of very little help.

The theme documentation is basic and showcase all our theme options. We do see that your request has been responded also within our response time frame which is within 24h and that our support team explained the functionality of the theme since product pages are default WooCommerce pages the layout is as it is presented within the theme. Also you will be able to add Elementor content within the description tab if you enable usage of Elementor in product pages in Elementor -> Settings -> check Products.

As I’ve already stated “of very little help” – The theme has not been updated in nearly and year and you can see why.
