How do i remove the slider
You can remove the slider from Admin > Pages > Home – Front Page > Edit.
In this page, scroll down until you see “Slider Settings”. Change to the first option “—Select Your Revolution Sliders --” and click Update button.
This will remove the Slider Revolution from your homepage.

Installation is proving very complex. Like most others, I just want to click on a Theme installation and have everything working. That’s not the case, even when I follow your instructions to unzip the downloaded file, choose the Pivotol.zip theme, install it. The theme gets installed but nothing else.
So, I installed each plugin individually as well as the child theme. Still nothing, but a blank Theme.
Normal use is to purchase a Theme, go to Themes in WP, and install it and watch everything install and configure. For the life of me, even after I followed your instructions, everything is installed but I have a blank template?
Can you just send me a single file to install in WP that will deploy everything? That is the most common way I’ve done things with the many Themes I purchased through Theme Forest.
Please help. I cannot wait 3 weeks for your return so if I need to get a refund, I can do that as well. Thank you.

our Logo is too small. please help
If you logo height is relatively smaller than width, it will look small in the page. Try to increase your logo hight with transparent space in the top and bottom. If it still does not work, message us with your site url from our profile page.

You were not supposed to renew license. It is already included with the theme. Can you try reinstall the plugin?
Is it possible to alter the font size and spacing on the mobile main drop down menu? Or to set a different menu for the mobile version? Google thinks the font is too small and clickable items are too close together, and mark the pages as unusable for mobile. Thanks in advance!
And one more small issue: You can set the max-height for logos, but there doesn’t seem to be a place for width. Is there somewhere I can set this manually? It is causing some slight CLS issues.
You can change font size and other style changes by adding CSS from Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Email us your site url and an admin login credentials with exact font size and logo width, from our profile page.

Hi I just bought this theme and installed it on my site https://clerida.com. However when I import the sample data it fails to load certain images. I am not sure of this but most of those images are from the wp-content/uploads/2020/02/ folder. I have tried done a complete reset with wordpress and also manually deleted the folder and ran the import again at-least two times. But still the issue exists. Can you help

I have a problem with Importing “demo data”. It takes more than hour and does’nt work. An error is occurred. I tried both automatic and manual import. Always the same result. For manual data import, i found and used : pivotal-content, pivotal-widget and pivotal-options, besides of sliders demo. All required and recommended plugins are installed. All suggested updates are done. I choose the template because it have demo data. If you don’t have a solution for importing data, i will ask a refund of the cost of template please.

Hello team. I was able to solve it. Here what I did, to leave the learnt lesson for other users:
From cPanel I went to “PHP Selector” section and I changed the values as you recommended in the tutorial:
Max_execution_time 300 Memory_limit 128M Post_max_size 54M Upload_max_filesize 128M
To be accurated, the filesize had to be increased.

What software did you use to make the graphics in the demos?
We mostly used free images from the sites mentioned in the description. For other graphics we used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
How do you change the hover background color of the service boxes? I have tried changing the “Service Content Hover Background Color” style setting, but it made no difference.
The last service box style is overridden in all service boxes. Change the hover color of “Big data analytics” only to see the effects.
