Hi, the theme still isn’t fully compatible with PHP 8. I can’t uninstall PHP 7.4 from our server because the site breaks (There has been a critical error on this website) if the server account is on a PHP version higher than PHP 7.4. All updates are complete and everything is running on the latest version, apart from PHP 7.4. I have disable on non-theme-essential plugins and it is definitely the theme or a theme-essential plugin causing the error.

Hi, we got to the bottom of it. Required plugins needed updating but there was no alert on the updates page. Once we updated WPBakery via wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins the problem was solved. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I’m facing an issue after installing the theme and its plugins, some pages don’t work, like the customizer, widgets page and also when I try to edit the page with Elementor page builder, the page just keep loading. I also have another issue, is that when I try to import demo with WPbakery page builder it shows error. Is there something wrong I’m do when install the theme? Hi, when candidate applies to a job, the job application is in pending. Can we automatically set it to approved? We get hundreds of applications and manual approval is tedious. Also, we are unable to view applications on the backend. It gives error 500. We have opened a ticket regarding this but have not received any response.

Hi, we are a bit concerned about the lack of updates since 2021. That is the reason we are hesitating to buy support. Right now, on our site we are not able to view job applications and Resumes The error says ” site is unable to handle the request. HTTP Error 500”. We disabled all plugins that are not a part of Jobmonster theme. Still getting the same error. We are able to post jobs but cannot view applications. Can this be fixed with support?

the companies page is unresponsive and this is because i have over 1800 companies or employers registered on the website. i came to this conclusion after migrating the companies on a sub domain which still was unresponsive but after deleting like 800 from the sub domain it worked.
