The cart is not working properly. The fly out and hover cart are both blank when triggered both on desktop and mobile. Why is that? We’ve checked everything we could and this is an issue! When we unpacked this theme, all the headers and menus were broken, this cart issue and several other issues arose! Why are you guys selling themes and not keeping them operational like your demos??
We don’t have time to wait on support right after purchasing a theme. Seriously, take care of your products, it helps the customers along the way. We’ve bought a lot of your products and ran and love them but we’ve ran into a lot of issues with them. We need this solved ASAP, or we’ll have to ask for a refund.
We’ve already fixed the header issue, but we need that cart working.
The cart shows up when adding an item ( Add to cart), both on mobile and desktop, and then it disappears again. Only a white column. We’ve added a second menu cart and tried that, we even rebuilt the header, and it’s the same outcome. The neuron builder is a conflict because as with all of your themes, only the NEURON menu cart is available as a widget. Ticket #3396150

Im not at all satisfied with the support, it should be a lot quicker? I purchased the kotona theme, i validated the license and my WP dashboard says the theme is active
But im unable to access the demo nor make edits to it? I have submitted ticket, my assistant has as well, it shouldn’t be this hard to install a theme

I’ve submited a ticket. Can you please log in and delete/remove kotona and all things neuron from my account. This has been a horrible experience, customizing the theme is so complicated and doesn’t translate well on the elementor or customization screen. please remove it from my account immediately, i tried to go to theme/customization but kotona won’t go away, I deactivated the neuron license/plug in, still the current theme is there.

Hi team, The combination of Neuron builder and elementor is causing critical errors. I’ve deleted ALL plugins, uploaded the latest version of Kotona, went to install theme plugins, activated Neuron Builder, Elementor and woocommerce and BAM! Critical error. It works if I do not activate elementor OR Neuron builder – but they can’t be active together.. Please advise. (I bought the theme 9 months ago – it would be normal for the theme to still work and not need extra paid support for just simply working) Best, Maarten

Problem solved, had to get a direct download link to the new Neuron Builder plugin. The Neuron Builder didn’t update for me, even after uninstalling the plugin, Kotona theme and downloaded the latest version from Themeforest. Perhaps you could make the download link for the latest version of Neuron Builder more visible for Kotona users. Thanks for the help though, works like a charm now!

Are any Updates planned? Because the Theme has not been updated since a year

The theme won’t get updated, but the theme plugin (Neuron Builder) will be updated time by time, you can take a look at the changelog of the plugin.
So the plugin update adds features to the theme or whatever needs to be added to the theme.
For your instance, the latest theme plugin update was almost two weeks ago.

I can’t activate the theme anymore. Entered my API token but nothing happens.

We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it’s exhausting. Still, we’re working on something more accessible to activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn’t work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others.

The Theme doesn’t seem to work as intended. I tried to import all the demos but the header is missing. Then I tried manually to integrate it, but still seems broken. Then I get in console error regarding the carousel from ”/digital-agency” saying that “Uncaught ReferenceError: Swiper is not defined”. Can you fix it?

But if you purchase the theme, you can edit everything through Elementor with drag&drop elements, so you won’t have any difficulties with making changes to the demos.
