When I go to Settings > Chauffeur Booking System > Email, there are several email templates to Enable/Disable. Can you please tell me how the e-mails work? How do I edit it’s content, design, text strings, etc? I can see there are some Cron events that may trigger those emails. How do I use them?

I already have an account, but my support expired and I cannot create a topic. Also, a severe issue appeared regarding online payments via Stripe. The customer can finish the booking but the Transaction only appears as payment_intent.created and it should also have a payment_intent.succeded type. Please help me out.

1. After we choose everything for our transport and before we actualy pay we get email that says pending… Can we skip that email and only get email confirmation after an purchase?
2. We wonder what happens if someone is buying last seat and he is on the checkout page (where he has to put credit card info) and someone else is also trying to buy last seat and gets to the same page, what happens to the one who is late for the purchase?
3. Can it be multilanguage?
4. When you get pending confirmation email on web links to google maps work but on mobile they do not work, what is with that?

1) Such an option will be available in the next plugin/theme release.
2) He will not be able to send a booking and will be redirected to the first step of the booking form.
3) Yes.
4) I suppose the your phone opens a Google Maps app instead of browser with Google Maps page. The URL address is prepared for a web browser and is not supported by the Google Maps application.
Hey there! I’m looking to purchase your theme, however I’ve got 2 questions which I’ll need to know about your functionalities!
1) Can I pick a Pick-up location & Drop-off location through a google maps pin? With no specific address?
2) Is there any booking mechanism so I can manually add & remove bookings? My clients don’t have to book anything, if they fill-in the form with the location/dates/amount of passengers, they’ll just send a message and I’ll get back to them with an e-mail. However I’ll need to add a booking if we agree!

Dear, Pre purchase questions.
Is it possible to make fixed routes like 3 destinations and lets say you choose 1st then arive is possible only to 2nd and 3rd?
Also if car has like 5 seats and someone book 2 seats, so 3 are left -> does it say somewhere to customer there are 3 seats left?
Also is it possible to make fixed times? Lets say we takeoff on mondays at 09:00.

Yes. These features are available in the plugin.
Autoride theme was installed on a properly installed wordpress. The target of the form on the slider on the main page is “https://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes4/autoride/”. When we change this value to “Button URL Address” in the “wp-admin/widgets” section, the form on the slider on the main page disappears. In order for it to come back, we completely reset the site and set it up again.
The form also disappears when we try each module from the “header template” section in the home page layout. The form is also lost when no action is taken from the wp-admin panel and the quanticalabs.com records are changed manually via mysql.
The slider that will appear on the main page can be selected, but we do not know how to determine the 3-tab form that will appear on this slider. This data is not found in the document file, as well.
We want to know where the setting is to show the form on the page we want is as in the attached picture.

Basically the customer can pay immediately after sending the booking, but – if you wish – you can disable all payment options and settle the transaction manually (e.g via cash) after accepting the booking.
After disabling the payment options and set it manually. Is it possible a flow like this: 1. The client make a booking request -> client receives an email informing the request is being analysed; 2. The company checks the availability -> if ok, an email will be send to the client confirming the booking and sending card payment options

Does your theme/plugin allow to give to our drivers subcontracting companies, a dashboard panel where each driver/company can answer the customer quotation requests sending an offer to the customers from their dashboard. The customer receives on its email the offers and if he decide to accept one, its redirected to your platform where he will be asked to pay a part of the price as deposit and the remaining part will be paid in cash by him at pickup time ?
