To properly do that, please first deactivate the purchase code on an old domain. Then activate it again on a new domain.

just wanna say when you use the Content fadeout effect on a row on mobil it fade out the content before you get any chance to see it pretty useless

I purchased your theme, everything is as expected, however, I am facing an issue. I modified the menu (removed the “demo menu” to put my own menu). And since then, the submenu items are no longer appearing, but they are present in your menu. How can I resolve this? Thank you.

I’ve added a new custom post type via ACF, which works fine. However, the Page Settings from WPBakery doesn’t appear to save any settings that i set. Is that a common problem?

It might be that Page Settings might need to be additionally registered for the new post type, or simply your post type layout file simply does not have the logic in place to apply the settings.

I want to use the theme I bought but during activation, it says “THIS PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED ON ANOTHER DOMAIN”. The problem is my domain is no longer mine, it’s expired and someone else bought it. I’m not longer the owner of the domain nor server. It means the purchase code was used there but since the domain is expired it’s not used anywhere.
Can you help me register the same purchase code to my new project and domain? On this moment I’m just developing my website locally on my mac, but after I will decide to go live.
The domain was fireart.pl. I cannot deactivate it cuz I don’t have access to this domain anymore…

sorry for my late answer totally forgot about it.. I. think it was Redux Framework and two other cant remember but somehow I fixed it by reinstalling the theme and plugins

I have enjoyed your theme but recently the background images (webp or jpg) are all very blurry now using your theme, no matter how large I make them (2500 pixels wide!) I do not have any image compression plugins, so has anything changed with your theme? Using version: 1.5.7

i need to say that i use Scape theme on 2 websites and happy with them but in last 3 month i get 10times critical error on the redux plugin and therefore theme doesn’t work, of course my client is fustrated and need to be changed….. unfortunately i have after 3 years now a big job to do… so be carefull before you purchase theme

Please make sure that you have updated Scape theme, Scape Core plugin, and Redux Framework plugin to their latest respective versions. Also, please make sure your WP version is up to date.
If the above is done, there should not be any errors, as per our tests. Nor have any of our clients reported anything similar. If you are still having issues after updating, please write us using author contact form.

Hello,I used this theme before on a site on the different domain name, but there has been no such site for 2 years. And when I want to use the theme for a different site, I get the error “this theme has been registered”. I’m sure I’m not using this theme on any active site right now. Can you check?

on the row settings you can move the row with padding and margin on a tab called design to adjust the row would be nice if you can do that on the styled headings too
where you have the settings like Y-AXIS CONTENT SHIFT X-AXIS CONTENT SHIFT CUSTOM Z-INDEX BORDER STYLE MARGIN BORDER PADDING

Hi, I have a question regarding the Header styles and menu: Is there a way to add a menu with submenus to the bottom or top bar of a Header style? I have added in the Theme options > Header settings. But it seems that when i check the result on the frontend by hovering on the menu item with the submenu, it does not display the submenu. Though i can see the html elements of it in the page. So all i want is a dropdown menu in the bottom bar. Do I need to create it myself, or the theme has options for that?

Top and bottom bar are not meant to have multiple layer menu, there’s main area specifically designed for that. However, the dropdown can be activated with CSS (unfortunately, there’s no Theme Option for that).

In order to preserve an even products grid, all the images are resized/cropped to the same aspect ratio. It’s hard to say from the screenshot, but perhaps you need to resize the image to the same aspect ratio as you have set for your product image in Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Components -> Product image ratio.

The latest update does not work fine. Version: 1.5.6.1 Got an error message when trying to translate things in loco translate. And in the Theme Options it does not save any kind of changes. When i restore to the previous version (1.5.5) everything works fine.
