Firstly, I’m unable to see the issue you’re referring to, as it may be location-specific. Secondly, this could have been introduced by the app itself, considering there’s no inherent theme code to display it in that position.

The color of the body text is used as its color, but since you’re using black, it would be advisable for you to add the following CSS code into your custom.css file, which will enhance its appearance:

color: #fff;
}
This will change the text color to white, offering better visibility and contrast.

Hi To apply any changes you make to your customization settings, be sure to click the “SAVE” button on the top right side of the customization area. The slider section JavaScript code requires reload to render again.

I’m having issues with the header video section. I have the MP4 as the type and autoplay selected but on the site it’s not autoplaying. It shows it in the customizer view but on the site it shows a blank screen with a play button. I don’t want people to have to manually click play.
I’ve tried a youtube link as well and that also just has a youtube play button in the center of the screen.
How do I get this to autoplay?

Also, the slider with the video keeps crashing chrome as it seems like it keep trying to load. Are we not able to use a video in the slider at all?

To enable autoplay for the video section, please follow these steps:
Open the ‘videobox.liquid’ file in the theme edit area. Look for the ‘autoplay=””’ attribute within the video tag. Replace ‘autoplay=””’ with ‘autoplay muted’ to enable autoplay with the video starting muted. This change should make the video autoplay as desired.
Additionally, to prevent any conflicts, please deactivate the video slider section for the time being.
Thank you for this. I made that update and it’s working for desktop but not for mobile. Is there anything we can do about mobile?
The slideshow is also very small on mobile and looks odd is there are way to have that slideshow larger? If we can’t get it to autoplay, are we able to show the slideshow on desktop but not mobile or just a slideshow static image?
Actually, it’s not working at all. I had to update the video and now it’s not auto playing any longer on desktop.

It was requested that you make the updates in the videobox section, not the slideshow section.
There have been some issues with the video display in the slideshow section due to browser limitations for a while now. We are actively searching for a possible solution and will inform you as soon as we find one.
I just switched it to the videobox section and that is not autoplaying either. Also that section does not show above the header. The slideshow seems to work
Is there a way to hide the slideshow section on mobile only or show a mobile only version.

Please take a look now. The video wasn’t playing earlier because the autoplay attribute was not included in the video tag for mp4 or local files.
Desktop seems to be working. It’s still not working on mobile. There is a blank white rectangle showing.

The script should function well on mobile layouts, except in cases where the mobile device is operating in low power mode. During my tests, it performed as expected. It’s important to note that there are inherent limitations on mobile platforms, and there’s not much we can do to address those specific cases.

having an issue with the theme. using demo 6 as a start point.
trying to change the colour of the boxes and its not updating, they are staying transparent. the hero banner isn’t sitting below the nav on the wider screens too causing issues. looks fine in the “customise” screen, but live it has faults.

I just purchased the Aero theme and uploaded it. I went to the customizer to begin updating the sections and when I click in and type or remove anything the whole section shows blank in the preview. This has happened for the slideshow when I went to delete a photo out, an the testimonial section when I went to delete the dummy text. What can I do to prevent this from happening?
