Interestingly, the bug was actually resolved all along – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/medicare-changelog.txt . The BT Importer version 2.8.0 works without issues with YOAST.
If you are running the older version of BT Importer, please update the theme and BT Importer consequently version 2.8.0 will be in the package

If you have updated the theme and the Medicare plugin to versions 2.0.1 and you can not see the option to update the BT Importer plugin on Plugins panel of your wp-admin, the best option is to do the following way:
1. Deactivate the BT Import plugin 2. Delete / Remove the BT Import plugin 3. Install BT Import Plugin (you would be prompted to install it as it is a required plugin) 4. Activate it
In the process of installation, WordPress will pull the 2.0.8 version from the plugins folder of your updated theme (provided that you have updated it to version 2.0.1).

As far as GoDaddy is concerned, large number of users use GoDaddy hosting but we really can not be sure which package.
There were no complaints so far regarding the compatibility with either of them.

If you have installed the latest version of the theme, than the error is not related to the compatibility of the theme with the WordPress version. Provided that you have cleared the server cache etc…
In order to pinpoint the cause of the issue, please inspect the error logs on your server (if WordPress does not display the details related to the error). Server php error log should clearly display the cause of the issue.

my website: www.goodpathhs.com is showing that there is a critical error. I am unable to even get into the backend. Apparently my hosting company is informing us that the new wp 6.1 update is not compatible with this theme. What do I do?

WP 6.2 will break this theme. My hosting provider did an auto update and reverted my website to the version 6.1. We still don’t have access to the back end to even edit the theme. The site still states critical error. Kindly advise.

Perhaps you are experiencing a different issue.

in my website, menu doesn’t appear level 3 and after that

By default, the menu depth is restricted to 3 levels.
If you want to add the fourth level, you need to either change the function boldthemes_nav_menu in the theme’s functions.php (around line 1430) and set the depth parameter to 4 (currently it is 3) or copy this function to your child theme’s functions.php and change it there so it overrides the function in the main theme and so you can safely update the theme after that.

Please find the following RTL xml files in BoldThemes Importer interface:
1. surgeryrtl.WordPress.2021-03-26.xml 2. clinicrtl.WordPress.2021-03-26.xml 3. cardiologyrtl.WordPress.2021-03-26.xml
They all have rtl suffix in front of the .WordPress in the name
Once switch the language to RTL in WordPress and import desired RTL demo, you will have the site identical to the one on our demo site.
