Usability issue in full screen search
Hello ) two customers asked/told searching would be difficult

1. If a user selects a product shown in full screen serach everything is fine: The detail page of the selected product is shown and i the user clicks/tabs again in the search field in the header – for the next search – the search field in the full screen search is already emptied for the next search -> all good
2. If a user puts in a word in the full screen search and presses enter key oder clicks on the right search icon – if there is no product the user is send on a page which tells no products found or you are send to the page where all products which where found are listed -> all good so far.
Now the problem (especially mobil): if a user clicks again in the search field the search phrase from the search before is still in the search field (which is okay i assume because perhaps a user wants to correct the search phrase) BUT the cursor is located at the beginning of the search phrase. no the user has to press the DELETE key (which some user dont check) to delete the search phrase or has to click at the end (on mobile also difficult) and then delete (this way nearly no customer is able to to because the just dont know). -> so it would be better to set the cursor AT THE END of the search phrase. thats more convenient!

Alternative solution: always delete the search phrase if a user clicks the search bar
OR
second alternative (make it as seens on google.com or youtube.com) which is in my opinion the best: set the cursor at the end and also have a small symbol X in the search bar to delete the search phrase with one click/tab -> so now a user can select to delete the whole phrase or correct the search phrase by just clicking the back Key (Key above the enter key which everbody knows)
Can u please provide some JS/CSS to improve the usability.

Besides:
as a customer i can directly buy now from the search results in the example above – not every shop needs detailed product pages – for example grocery stores etc etc. – the hole shoping experience would be better – also shopping speed – just stay on the search page, search for your products, put them in cart and your finished. I asked 6 month ago how this can be achieved in Woodmart. Any news if this is on your near term roadmap?

What? i would like to have the quantity field below each product from search result. Then recurrent customers dont need to BROWSE the shop they can just SEARCH for a product. an put it right in the cart.
Why? Right from the search the hole buying process can be done for every product i want to buy. that would speed up buying process because recurring customer generally know what they want to buy – then everything should be FAST for them.

Is it possible to add second description in products tags?. I see the documentation and it has extra description for product categories but I am not sure if its available for products tags.

hi guys, first of all loving the theme! Updating to 7.2 results that a layout we created for the shop page only is also shown when search results are up. I already excluded search results in the layout conditions but still it is not working. This was working in 7.1.4

Hi, it is due to incompability with the welaunch single variation plugin that can also be bought on Envato. That is causing that the conditions are not properly working to exclude the search page. disablgin that one fixed it.

This happened after the update. I’m using the accordion settings and all of them don’t work except the woocommerce default image position. There is no oyster to use only that because the stick effect does not work on mobile

I regard woodmart as a great theme and this is why I use it for all my clients. I rarely need something as everything is well designed.
On the very special occassion that I need the support that I pay to have, I expect a support equal to the quality of the theme.
If I have to ask 3 times about how to have different css on the widget titles in sidebar and different in footer that is not special support and drives me mad!
The css you have given me is useless as I could find that myself.

Urgent fix for the header builder nothing works from the previous templates with we try to edit or add another function. From the last update. Logo disappeared too trying with svg,png nothing. Make a patch for the header builder

Unfortunately this does not work when I edit the code. It gives me an error on the SVG file ‘malformed declaration expecting version’. Why is my SVG logo all of a sudden an issue. Its only an issue in the header and no where else that the logo is featured?

1. At least in this demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/, guess in general: if the “Add to wishlist” string in the shop pages is – because of local languages – very long the tooltip needs a “line break”. This “not perfect” layout shows even more often if there are 4 or even more products in a row and the width of the product hover card is not as wide as if there are 3.
