The Theme doesn’t support PHP 8.0 and higher!!!
Our demos are running on PHP 8.1. If you face any issue, check and fix hosting parameters. If you have support for the theme, then open a support ticket and explain what problem you faced. From comment section addressing individual problem is difficult and often not possible to address properly.

Senhores , Preciso definir o dominio definitivo que o template vai rodar. Eu estava usando um dominio provisorio para customizar o layout pois no tempo nao tinha o dominio certo para registrar. So que agora com dominio definitivo registrado e pago preciso ativar o template com o Item Purchase Code mas o sistema fala que ja ta instalado em outro dominio. Informo que ja desativei o template no dominio que usei pra customizar o layout e preciso saber o que precisar fazer para retificar e informar o dominio definitivo que vai rodar o template para nao ficar em dois dominios.

Gentlemen, I need to define the definitive domain that the template will run on. I was using a temporary domain to customize the layout because at the time I didn’t have the right domain to register. But now, with the final registered and paid domain, I need to activate the template with the Item Purchase Code but the system says it is already installed on another domain. I inform you that I have already deactivated the template on the domain that I used to customize the layout and I need to know what needs to be done to rectify it and inform the definitive domain that will run the template so that it does not end up on two domains.

Hi, how can I create a custom header to show on all pages? also creating custom header to show on specific page of my website? I know how to create the header with Elementor but how to set the theme to use that instead of the pre-designed headers in the theme. it can be done for the footer in Theme Options -> Footer -> Custom Footer but there is no such option in Header. Please let me know. Thanks.
Ryse has multiple predefined headers and it doesn’t have capability to create new header. One can customize those 18 headers to use as per requirement.

Hi, the theme is very nice but it generates a lot of php warnings in error.log file (with php 8.1): PHP Warning: Undefined array key “text-align” in …/wp-content/themes/ryse/inc/dynamic-style/radiantthemes-dynamic-style.php on line 220 (and 231, 242, 253, 264, 275)

Hello. I have an issues when choosing the Short Header: Banner & Breadcrumb.
Instead of Showing the Page Title it shows the Website Title.
Why’s that?
I am trying to use “home version sixteen”. When I wanted to edit with Elementor after a while it returned “can’t edit” error on the white screen and I can’t edit page? I tried safe mode and the result is the same. What should I do?
This happens when server is busy or have less resource. Do you see this happening always? If yes, then would you mind sharing temporary access by opening a ticket so that we can check your issue and suggest solution?
1. Blog titles are not displayed and there is no option to enable them: https://ryse.radiantthemes.com/boosts-your-startup-business/. Unfortunately a blog post has several types of display and none of them show the title. In addition, the page code has the same H1 as the title. Which means I can’t add a new H1 header to the blog post text myself because I will have two H1’s in the code. This is a big SEO mistake!
2. It’s the same with product titles. They don’t show up. The product title is added to the code as H1. I can’t add my own H1 because I will have two H1’s. Big SEO Mistake!
3. Visitors see the same text in the banner of every product or blog post and it cannot be changed. You can only hide! Why would anyone need a company name or “Shop” in the title banner of every product? I want a product title or a blog post.
4. The Short Header option is totally broken. There are 4 modes: Banner & Breadcrumb, Banner Only, Breadcrumb-Only and None. Only the NONE option works correctly. Because in other cases, a fixed caption (see 3) is displayed on each blog post or product or random image as the background of the banner.
5.In the prettiest view of the product (there are three to choose from), the product photo gallery does not work.
6. This is the 19 Header Style but most of it is pretty much the same. Unfortunately, many options in them do not work.
You’ll have to hire a developer to fix it.
I want my money back or bug fixes!

The titles are not displayed on the product card and blog entry. However, the value of H1 is in the code, just invisible. How to display the title?

These are not bugs.
In case of blog, We’ve not kept title on banner as it’ll look so bad if blog title will be big in length. Still main content section ( Please check:- https://prnt.sc/ML81aD94GTim ) is editable from back-end ( Please check:- https://prnt.sc/yj5IufY4PM0j ) so you can easily provide H1 for the title for SEO purpose if you want.
For the same reason, we’re displaying the main shop page title to their product detail pages so that banner section doesn’t messed up because of the big individual product title. You can get product title on the highlighted section of https://prnt.sc/Ns9ouMksnqrJ by updating the ‘Radiantthemes Addons’ plugin (By following our https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042212354-Plugin-Update article).

The current solution is pointless.

In response to my bug report in theme. I received information that everything is as it should be. This is a mockery of customers. I will report this to the administration. What’s more, money was demanded from me to fix what the company’s programmers had broken

After support expiry we see such requests often. The theme is being used by 2000+ websites and according to you all of them are less smarter. Anyway we rest our case. For your requirement, we can’t change a feature which other users are using. If you want custom thing then you may get this done by some one else as well. We’ll refrain to reply further at this channel as you don’t have support for the theme and asking for a change after 2 years of purchasing it.

By-default we don’t have sidebar for blog detail pages so width is always full-width. If problem is happening on your site then it must be your site specific issue. There aren’t any problems. I just want to increase the blog page width because it’s too narrow. I know it can be done from the “code editor” but I’m not sure in which php file the code is located.
When I switch to PHP 8.1 the site crashes. 8 works but 8.1 and 8.2 will result in a crash. any update coming soon?

You may keep using PHP 8. There are other plugin like Slider Revolution or Elementor may be causing. In our installation we are using 8.1 with out any issue.
