There are some bugs that we need sorted. I haven’t been hearing back on my emails even though I do still have support time available.

1. Brands

Product Layout doesn’t work when selecting the option to show the logo. Also the backend under all products, brand isn’t sortable and seems to be only 1 character width so you can’t read the brands in the table.

2. The search says no products found when the product is on back order or out of stock, but they are visible in the catalog. We need them to still be searchable.

3. Products on backorder do not alert the customer when viewing the product, there should be an on backorder message where it says In stock or 0 In stock

4. The category drop down in the search box isn’t alphabetized and is impossible for a customer to select the category they are looking for

5. The sidebar on the shop pages does not scroll to the bottom of the content. It is sticky, but we need the option to continue to scroll the sidebar with the page.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

When a product is added to the cart, is there an option for an informative popup window to appear instead of the cart’s sidebar?, even in that popup window you can see recommended products.

If that option is not available, do you plan to add it?

Hi! Thanks for the latest update.. It fixed the header not showing issue however there is still an issue with product templates. The error is as follows.. “The content of your post doesn’t match the template assigned to your post type.”

Your theme (Cartify) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

This is really strange, updating the theme, my default header is not showing no matter how i save or change it. It is showing a different header than the one set… Just a heads up for anyone updating that this will happen. No idea how to fix it at this point as all settings are the same.. it’s being overridden somewhere I can’t find yet.

Agni cartify won’t update to 1.0.7, it stays at 1.0.6. Removing the plugin manually and reinstalling it through the Install plugins tab just redownloads 1.0.6.

where is the configuration for the mobile view, bottom floating add to cart function located at ?

There is a bug, every time an product add to cart, product does’nt show in cart, unless after refresh page, will see multiple quantity added. any idea how to solve this ?

When we should expect update? i’ve got multiple warnings about undefined array keys ( agni-builder/gutenberg-blocks), also some of functionality doesn’t work as compare products and product layout builder, and the importer doesn’t finish import DEMO data at *import undefined” stage, so i think this has something with gutenberg.
