Doctors can register on our website using the register login short code that we provide, or they can sign up through our dashboard with the help of an admin, a clinic, or a receptionist role. Currently, we do not have any module for managing doctors’ commission or subscription plans, so you will have to handle that by yourself. Regarding the chat feature, patients and doctors can chat during video meetings using Google Meet or Zoom Telemed. However, we do not offer any inbuilt chat functionality with KiviCare. For a SaaS-based website, you will have to find a suitable option as per your needs.

Let me ask you 5 questions, before I buy: 1.) How can I translate it to another language? Is there a german version available? 2.) Can I import 10,000 Doctors from a csv-file? How the appointment-System can handle that? 3.) Will there be a gutenberg-version available? 4.) I like to get a webhook after the appointment-booking is confirmed and also when it will be canceled. How can I solve this? 5.) I like to design it myself with my own branding. How can I do so and what is necessary for that? Thanks a lot.

1. Our plugin follows WordPress standards, so you can easily translate it to German by using plugins like LOCO or WPML.
2. You can import doctors from a csv-file, but you need to specify some details. For example, are these doctors for one clinic or multiple clinics? If they are for multiple clinics, what is the maximum number of doctors assigned to each clinic?
3. We developed our kivicare dashboard on top of Vue.js, so it is not compatible with Gutenberg. However, we have some shortcodes that you can use instead.
4. We do not have a webhook feature in our product, but we have WordPress hooks that you can use after an appointment is booked.
5. You can change the logo and the text of KiviCare in our pro version. If you want to change the design more extensively, you can purchase our extended version.

Yes, we develop our product by following WordPress standards so it is compatible.
so if i buy this system, will all the functionalities including the pro version with the clinic, doctor and attendance panel work in a WP Multisite environment?
The KiviCare plugin does not currently have an attendance panel.
Nevertheless, each WordPress setup that uses the plugin will have access to the clinic, doctor, receptionist, and patient modules.
Please note that the data will be separated for each WordPress setup.
Hi, Before buying I have 4 questions : 1. Is it possible to set an offset duration after each doctor session so they have time to take notes before accepting another appointment? 2. Do you plan to add the timezone management anytime soon?
currently, our team is working on other features so we can not commit fixed timeline. but we will add this feature to our roadmap and integrate to KiviCare plugin in future versions if feasible.
In the meantime I can set a dropdown menu in the booking form to set the patient time zone and then I will need to hook in the email notification to show both patient and local booking datetime in the email sent to them. Where can I place hooks in your code? How can I contact you to pay for customization?

I would like to know what is included under Premium Support. We are based in the UK and we need small modifications based on our regulations for the patient registration and appointment booking process. The Support does not include any kind of customization. If you face any issue with the current plugin workflow or any bugs we will fix it.
KiviCare theme does not include the KiviCare Google Meet Addon. It only includes KiviCare pro, and KiviCare Zoom telemed.
