Good morning, I purchased your theme some time ago and recently updated it to the latest version. Now, when I try to update the FORQY plugin, I get this message: “Could not determine if updates are available for FORQY. WP HTTP Error: cURL error 35: Peer reports incompatible or unsupported protocol version. http_request_failed”. Why is that? Is there any way I can access the updated plugin’s folders so that I can update it manually if necessary? Thank you, best regards, Eleonora
Hello, We are experiencing issues with automated updates via Envato Market. The connection has been checked and should be functioning. The theme version on our website is Aidea Version: 1.3.1. But Aidea is already available in version 1.3.5. There is no option to update the theme in Backend/Design/Themes. I have now downloaded it manually. In the theme folder, there is a subfolder called Ginger. Shouldn’t the folder be called Aidea? I am a little confused and would appreciate a response. Best regards Sandra

The ThemeForest upload service is unfortunately broken right now, so I can’t upload an installable package of the theme. I can only upload the main ZIP package with all files, including documentation. Please download the main package; inside, you’ll find the installable package “aidea.zip,” which you can upload to update the theme manually. https://aidea.forqy.website/docs/#update

I do apologize for my delay in response. If you need to get rid of the contact form on the page, you should unassign the page template “Contact” of your contact page.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any built-in mega menu options. You can try some plugins, but I can’t advise which one, I have no experience with them. I always build for clients a custom menu walker.

Yes, the theme is accessibility-ready and can be WCAG 2.0 compliant by following the WCAG rules for the content (e.g. filling in the descriptive “alt” attribute for images, the correctness of links, etc.).

1. We tried to run the corporate demo of Aidea theme template through achecker.ca but it shows 263 potential issues, why do we see issues if its WCAG compliant. Are they ok to be or a concern?

Hi, I have a problem with all the cookie consent plugins! The problem is that these plugins use obstart to parse the output, usually the <head> section. You can’t not be able to use a cookie consent plugin (like Iubenda) with the new GDPR provisions. I have noticed that the problem also exists for other plugins like W3 total cache for example. How can this be resolved?

However, the advantage is that the resulting site is always great, and the site is accessible, which is hard to do without limitations.
