I’ve just had exactly the same problem!!!! I added some slides and they’ve disappeared. This should REALLY not be happening with a theme we pay money.

PLEASE REPLY ASAP. What can I do?

I love this theme, want to continue with it ASAP, but can’t continue with it as long as I can’t add slides / trust my data from not disappearing!!

Correction, I thought I had installed 1.63 but it was the same files. When I download the package from Themeforest, it is still the old 1.52 version files.

Hello, I just uploaded the latest update that said the slider admin was fixed but my slides keep disappearing after I do all the work.

Thanks for the reply, can you give me an eta of when the bugs will be fixed? I have already done a lot of work on this and need to meet a deadline. As I’m sure you know, the sliders admin is not working which is the most important part of this theme and I will need to ask for a refund if it is not working by tomorrow. Please help.

Please help!!! I have a problem when adding new sliders in the Sliders Admin. It adds one, but as soon as I exit the admin screen and return, it hasn’t saved anything. I tried removing a slider, and adding a new one which worked correctly. Is there a limit on the amount of sliders??? Currently there are 14 sliders in there (and I can’t add anymore) Thank you so much!

Hello, I love this theme. I am having trouble creating the sortable portfolio page. I followed the instructions but they were not complete. I am not able to create sortable separate portfolio “multi-image galleries”. Currently when you click and open a gallery and click through the images, they go into the next category. Also, how do I add title and description to each gallery? I can’t seem to figure it out.

Hi The first problem is: when I upload a vertical image to the fullscreen slideshow it is proportionally increased so that it fills the screen horizontally. Like this: http://www.imagebam.com/image/cad659221234450

The second issue is: I upload images with resolution 1920*1280 but it appears that on wide screens there’s a problem with view of imgaes as part of image is out of screen.

So the questions are: 1/ How to post vertical images without zooming? 2/ How to make the image to change size so that it fits to the screen resolution the best? or if I shall upload images with some definite resolution – which?

To add to my comment before, the discussion options do not show. For example, I cannot choose to turn off comments and pingbacks. How can I correct this?

Hello, I love this theme. I would like to remove or disable the reply form that appears by default on pages. How do I do that? Also, the FB Like and Tweet, where can I disable that if I need to?

What´s happening with this theme? It seems to be no compatible with wordpress 3.4! It´s no possible to see thumbnails working with WP 3 .4, not even installing a clean wordpress with only Royale´s dummy content. Dozens of comments asking for help with this problem with thumbnails have been no answered since months. Where is the tecnical support ??

Is this theme compatible with the latest Wordpress 3.4.2 version? The slider admin is not uploading any files and I get a “undefined” file created in the destination folder. Please let me know if there is something I need to tweak to get this working.
