Hi Eduardo I am Emiliano, I recently acquired a listar and I have several problems that I would like to solve.
1. When I activate woocomerse the site completely crashes and I have to deactivate the entire plugin 2. I wish I could fully translate into Spanish and change several words that look like they are hardcoded 3. I would like the Listing Gallery Design to be circle wide to scroll is more beauty.
4. I would like to know if you could use another type of login such as biometric or whatsapp login 5. work in depth the colors of the site the color in the search of the listings cannot find it thank you so much.

1. This is a very uncommon issue, please send admin login credentials to support@wt.ax for debugging.
2. You need to use Loco Translate plugin to translate strings inside a WordPress theme and plugins. Loco Translate / Themes / Listar / create a translation to your language. And Loco Translate / Plugins / Listar Addons / create a translation to your language.
3. You can ask a quote for this customization, send it to support@wt.ax. Or, use the Child theme and create this customization, in case you have coding skills.
4. You’d need third party plugins to extend the theme. I’ll need to cancel the standard login popup of the theme and redirect users for a custom page containing your new login/registration forms, provided by the custom plugin you choose.
5. You can go to Listings / Listing Categories / Edit a category and set a custom color per category. Same for regions and amenities. Theme color is available on Appearance / Customizer. You can follow the docs: https://themeserver.site/wp-themes/listar/docs/

Can you verify the email reply, so I can get it solved for you? The issues reported on the log are not related to the theme. I wonder if you hired someone to extend the theme, the “Listar Directory Listing” plugin is not related to the Listar project, the only plugins provided are Listar Addons and Listar Social Login.

It appears that the WP Job Manager needs updating but I cant see or find anywhere to do this. I dont want to pay a fee for this plugin to do so either. Please advise,

I am the owner of about 6 pages of themes on Themeforest and liked your so much I decided to add it to my collection. (I am a one man band)
I loved the Demo number 5 and was hoping that after the demo content install that there was some option to click on use Demo 5 but alas there was nothing.
My other concern was that I did not get any images in the demo. This is ok if they were simply for your display purposes but just wanted to know if I was missing something.
However I really like demo 5. How can I set this up please?

Regarding the images, I can’t share premium imagens with the purchased package, and I can’t allow customers to import it. Because I can’t redistribute premium images. That is why only grey images are imported.

Hi, preparing to buy but I don’t know which theme to choose: Listar or Hubhood. Which one will be developed more in the future? As I see in changlelog, Listar last update was in November 2022 – Hubhood April this year. Does this mean that Hubhood will be a more future-proof choice?
I must admit that Hubhood UI is much more convincing for me – more universal. Lister in terms of UI is a bit too controversial for me – certainly less universal in this matter, but at the moment it probably has more features than Hubhood.

Both themes will receive updates in time. For today, Hubhood is lucky and has the most recent Changelog, but that doesn’t mean anything. Both themes are intended to inherit/share features from each other in the future, Hubhood is receiving more focus by now to become more salable, that is it.

HI – is it possible to add new fields to the menu/catalogue section in the listings that can have pre-formatted font size etc – also with the description fields the WYSIWIG editor does not allow the user to choose heading or paragraph tags – is this possible too?

You provided new details about your earlier question (Hubhood). So, for the Menu/Catalog builder (not the Description field), you can’t use custom HTML. The Menu/Catalog builder has proper fields to receive text, image, pricing, etc. No heading/paragraph tags. But you can request a quote for this customization, not impossible.

I wanted to buy but I have several questions, how is it possible that you are behind in more than 3 wordpress updates? You haven’t updated since last year, that creates a lot of uncertainty for me because I need a theme that is constantly updated to keep up with wordpress. If the wordpress plugins such as elementor, or any other, stop working and thus the page will not work. I can’t buy something that its developers aren’t updating and working on.

This is not a good way to describe the item or decide about the purchase, a lot of work has been done so far, as you can see on the changelog. The theme is on sale, there are no complains, reviews are good as well. In other words, the theme is working as it should. And, in case you purchase anything on Themeforest and you prove it is not working, you’ll get a refund. Currently, only quick fixes are being launched for Listar theme, but new features may be added anytime. If you find that the theme fulfill your needs, go ahead and take it.

I suppose that your user have not acquired any listing package. The only package that allows stores is “Gold”. Please do login with the user, emulate a purchase, go to WP backend / Woocommerce / Orders and set the new order generated as Completed.

1. The theme won’t affect Woocommerce defaults, so Yes, it supports variable products.
2. Yes
3. No need separate license nor pay for third party plugins, all features built-in and all needed plugins are provided with the package.
4. This is not exclusive for Listar: WordPress themes won’t affect Woocommerce default features, except if the developer creates code to edit/remove these features. That is not the case, so you will be able to use variations as you wish.

You need to configure Paypal for the marketplace, with your own credentials. Listing owners will set their Paypal email. Not tested but, if you want them to use their own payment gateways, you will need to proccess their withdraws manually, out of the website.
