Hi, please I can’t import the demo and it seems like many ones had the same problem and there is no fix for it beside getting the admin details of each one.
Sometimes our demo server doesn’t connect to our customer server that time we do manual transfer from our WP backend so we can’t share those credentials to our customers thats why we need our customers wp admin details then we do the process once we will import the data you should delete the user and take a backup of it so no other issues will happen Kind regards

yes still same problem but as long us I can see it only it’s not a big problem but i have a real problem with the speed of the loading page it’s very very slow and also the background image at home it’s not in the center and when i switch to mobile view I can see just a small part of image (background)

cant change the slider, i can only change the images+ cant display more than 2 slides, even after adding, updating slider options settings in elementor..
