Hello again.
Your support system at support.w3itexperts.com does not sent emails with ticket updates and password resets. This has been going on since September when I first logged a ticket. Another user reported the same thing 9 hours ago. Please fix your support system emails! We don’t receive updates and we cannot log in correctly.
