Hello, if you can help me with a simple question that I did not find in the documentation. I want to add a white background to the menu and a shadow (before sticky scrolling), I don’t want a transparent background on the menu, how do I do that?

From your WP dashboard navigate to Theme Settings > Header > Header background and set the color value to #ffffff.
As for the shadow currently, there is no such option.
However, you can use a custom CSS solution. Navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS from your WordPress admin panel and use the code below:

box-shadow: 0 20px 32px -8px rgba(17, 16, 19, 0.15), 0 0 1px rgba(17, 16, 19, 0.05);

When I want to import certain page into the theme, it asks for the purchase code to allow me to do that. When I enter my code, it says Invalid.

is It possible to have a elementor video cover and the a play button on top of the video cover and this play button opens a video (showreel) popup when clicked. It should be just like my old theme with video cover with lay button. Please have a look: https://www.agsomma.com.br/
Yes, but video cover have to be previously prepared as a regular image and added to the portfolio item as a main thumbnail. I mean that our theme doesn’t generated the cover automatically from a video.

Sorry to be a pain but I didn´t get it. I want to have a video cover (fullscreen) running the video showreeel on a loop in the background and also have the theme play button on top of this video cover and when we hit the play button, a popup video shows up playing the video from the beginning. Is is possible to do that?

I have bought your theme. First of all congrats for the theme you have made very good job. I have a problem in the portfolio page. I built my site with elementor and i use the element “recent project” and the layout is “one page with smooth scroll. On the pc works perfect but on the mobile devices i have problem. I have to scroll up and down to see the whole page (not just right to left to see all the projects). How can I make it so that I don’t have to scroll up and down to see it in its entirety.

Right, you should put a YouTube link to create a video cover on a regular WP page.
Unfortunately not, you can add a video button only with a popup, here’s an example:https://ohio.clbthemes.com/portfolio/classic/
You can use both YouTube, Vimeo and self-hosted video types.

Seems like you have an outdated version of the theme, that’s why the mentioned Ohio Extra plugin package is no more available. Update Ohio theme to the latest 3.2.3 version and you will be able to install Ohio Extra plugin as well.
