Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

These issues are already fixed. You need to update the theme to the latest version. Also, update the WoodMart core plugin to 1.0.39 via WoodMart -> Plugins.

I do already have the latest theme and core plugin. That is when I got the error mentioned above after updating to theme version 7.2.4 and core plugin 1.0.39

Hi there. I really love your theme! But would it be possible to ad litespeed support for the filters? I’m on a litespeed server and use litespeed cache, like probably a lot of your customers. Unfortunatelly direct links to filter searchs are not possible with the cache enabled. Like for example such a direct link: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/furniture/?filter_color=black – it will point to a page with a wrong html document and not fully loaded css, js and images with litespeed enabled. You can test it here with password “materialist”: https://rb.gy/99x6p – Expect that everything is working fine.

Hi there. I wanted to ask if you’ve seen my message with the admin access I sent recently? The only solution so far was to exclude all URLs containing ”?filter_” from caching. But then absolutely nothing is cached, not even CSS and JS minified. Other solution? Also the header still dissapears after some time the cache is on and when looking into the sourcecode it contains only hidden DIVs from mobile on desktop.

Hello! When the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is activated, after a while, the menu on the PC version starts to disappear in the products. If you clear the cache, the menu appears.

Dear developers of WoodMart,
We make use of WebP Express to deliver WebP images to browsers that support them, by using a ‘picture’-element around ‘img’-elements alongwith a ‘source’-element. However, the product images do not change when it should when selecting a variation in variable products. When I drag the ‘img’-element out of the ‘picture’-element, then it does work.
To be sure, I checked whether WooCommerce’s StoreFront theme has the same issue, but it looks like it does not. This is the product I used to test wrapping the ‘img’-element in a ‘picture’-element to try and break the functionality: https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/product/ship-your-idea-2/.
For now, I have done a hotfix, but I would like WebP Express and WoodMart to be compatible when it comes to the product gallery.

Hello, i’ve been using your templates for a few websites since years. Today I receive a lot of spam and “undelivered emails” notifications, because of new registered account which are fakes (only bots). The accounts have fake email or fictive emails like whatever@domain-name.com Its the first time ive seen unwanted accounts on my account list, and its only linked to woodmart theme. So my question is : what could make that happen, especially with your theme files ? thx.
