Regarding the phone number field in your profile, we have a feature that allows you to display your phone number to others. Instead of showing the entire number by default, we have implemented a show button in front of the phone number. When users press the button, the full number will be displayed. This way, you have control over who can see your phone number.
However, we apologize for the inconvenience, but currently, we don’t have a demo available for testing the admin panel and exploring all the customizable options. We understand that trying the admin panel would be helpful for you, and we apologize for any disappointment caused. We are actively working on arranging a demo for our customers in the near future.

On ListingPro there is a phone number and then a field for WhatsApp when you click the WhatsApp on the listing it takes you to whatsapp to send a message to the listing owner. Is this functionality in here? If it’s not will it be added?

No, InClassifiedPro only phone number can be added and if you want to use it for whattsapp chat then you need to copy the number from detail page

What about a list going down after that, that shows you the date of each lead and if it’s an email lead, a WhatsApp lead, a call lead and the data like that having the option to show a years worth in detail, ListingPro does similar has a months worth.

There seems to be an issue with the Cridio Helpdesk not displaying support responses. I.e. My Tickets shows a small extract of the response, but when click on there is no message to view.

Helpful responses you say… here’s one example. Read it and let me know if you consider it to be helpful, or time wasting:
Question to the helpdesk: “CubeWP Booster [post type / form] did not import with the demo import”.
Cridio Helpdesk Response: “There was the issue with theme, but it was fixed in version 1.0.6, Now if you have updated theme and import the demo content then booster post type form will also be imported.”
My response: “We have been working with the theme for weeks. If we imported the demo content again, would that not overwrite the content we have been working with? How can this be fixed without importing the demo content?”
Instead of waiting another day for a reply we backed up the site and followed the instruction… which surprise surprise doubled up on content, menu items, and changed most of the configuration settings (weeks of work).
We have two options, going through and set everything up again, or revert to the version that had already had heaps of bugs.
Helpful would have been to fix the underlying issues without breaking the site. What’s happening here is time wasting, and you guys need to do much better.

1- Yes, you can add OTP verification for email during the new account registration process.
2- Once an item is sold, it will no longer be displayed on the frontend for potential purchasers. However, it will still be visible in the seller’s dashboard as a sold item.
3- If an item is deleted from the platform, the associated reviews will still remain in the seller’s profile. They will not be removed.
4- We have integrated the Woocommerce system for payment purposes, and it provides automated emails to both buyers and sellers once an order is placed or completed.
5- If the buyer chooses to make an online payment, they will have an option to confirm the receipt of the item. Once confirmed, the payment will be released by the admin after a set time for payment hold.
6- Yes, there is an option for tracking details. Sellers can add the tracking ID while shipping the item, and buyers can check the status using that information.
7- Turning off the Cash on Delivery option can be managed, although it may not be the most ideal solution.
8- If a buyer chooses the cash on delivery option, it becomes challenging to track and receive commission for the sale. That’s why we generally don’t recommend using cash on delivery.
9- Unfortunately, there is no option for sellers to send files or images directly to buyers through the messaging system.
10- The theme does not have a built-in support ticket system. However, you can integrate a third-party plugin for that functionality.

However, at the moment, we don’t have the option to split the screen into a 50% map view and a 50% listing grid view. The current layout displays either the map view or the listing grid view.

Please add these 3 updates:
1. The possibility of inserting the extension next to the price in certain categories. For example, if a user wants to enter a RENTAL PROPERTY he will want to enter the MONTHLY price, so if he wants to rent a HOUSE for $500 a month, how can he enter $... /monthly ?
2. Please add the possibility to insert text extensions which will be visible only in the frontend. As well as in other classifieds sites and themes, for example: If a user inserts a car for sale, it would be nice if in the “miles” field he inserts only the number, for example 100,000. So I set the text “miles” in the backend so 100,000 miles will automatically be written in the frontend in the seller’s announcement. But we admins need to be able to create and customize this text next to custom fields on our own. Finally, it would also be useful to customize the punctuation of the figures.
3. Give us admin the possibility to choose in which custom field you can enter only text or only number or only symbols, or only text without symbols. And also forbidden words to insert or other automatic formatting of the text.
These 3 things are pretty much the basis in a classifieds site and theme today. Please, it would be really nice to see these 3 little features in your theme as well which would definitely make it more customizable and complete. Now it has enough limitations. Hope you appreciate
