After automaticaly update my webpage is not working probably. Some content is missing, sometimes text, sometimes a picture. The homepage contains only the header, the footer an the flying menu.
Also I got the message:
“This theme requires the following plugin: Advanced Custom Fields PRO.”
The instaled plugin is Advanced Custom Fields 6.2.1.
Where can I get the newest PRO version as it is needed to make this theme work again?
And does this solve the problem?

I guess you have installed a free version of ACF, while theme requires ACF Pro (it’s supplied with the theme, no need to purchase it separately)

Sorry that you’re having that experience with your website. Be sure that your content is safe and never destroyed by the updates. Please check the following:
1. All required plugins (Rhye Core, ACF Pro, Elementor, Kirki) are installed and activated.
2. Rhye Core plugin is of the latest version 3.4.1
3. If you previously used new “Container” elements for page building, make sure the feature is activated in Elementor -> Settings -> Features -> Flexbox Container (set “Active”).
I can confirm that the theme demo is successfully runing on the latest versions of WordPress, Elementor, Rhye so there should be no problems because of updates. Hello. Do you have HTML code minification turned on? If so, disable it. Other recommended settings for Autoptimize are documented here: Optimizing Site Loading Speed
Also make sure both theme & core plugin are up to the latest versions.

Hello! No. Only static images are supported in full screen sliders.
I really like this theme but is there a way I can add Video?
It’s still possible to use video backgrounds/lightboxes in the inner pages but not in the sliders. There are no “featured videos”.

I am working for a client on this theme: noticed in this topic that when I put a shortcode in a page I have a problem, the page doesn’t open. It keeps loading and it doesn’t open. For example, from my menu I clicked on a page (Page with shortcode) “Media” starts to load and nothing opens, after I removed the shortcode the page loads quickly and opens without a problem. What is this?
Hello. This may happen if your shortcode relies on 3rd-party JS files which are not loaded during AJAX navigation. The easiest solution to solve this is to exclude that page from transitions as explained here: AJAX Transitions -> Excluding Specific Pages

I want to do a FAQ on my page. I know Rhye does not have any accordeon bloc for Elementor so I use Elementor basic one but it’s not working properly.

Hello! As a temporary fix, please deactivate “Improved CSS Loading” experiment in Admin panel -> Elementor -> Settings -> Features and click “Save Changes”.

It’s not padding. It’s an effect that can be enabled/disabled for the post masthead from Customizer -> Blog -> “Enable Fixed Masthead”. Screenshot #1 or from Elementor -> Document Settings -> Page Masthead -> “Enable Fixed Layout” Screenshot #2
Oh okay, I like the effect. It’s just that we need to scroll too much before seeing the content. So I think people will think the page is empty.
Is there anyway to shorter this transition effect?

Unfortunately there is no such option.
is it possible to have portfolio page transition for classic pages ? I would like to use this theme for another purpose than portfolio but I like the portfolio slider on the homepage and I would like to use it as a menu, people would clic on a portfolio item but I need it to be a normal page, or maybe just remove /portfolio/ in the url.

This plugin Remove CPT base will do the trick.
A few more notes that you may find helpful to achieve what you need:
- Bottom navigation can be turned on for other post types too (including “Pages”): Screenshot #1. These options reside in Customizer -> Bottom Navigation panel.
- Fullscreen sliders have “Static” data source type option: Screenshot #2 It allows to populate custom slides (links, backgrounds, etc) unbound from the portfolio posts. Please note that “seamless image” transition is not possible in this mode – it will fallback to “sliding-up curtain”.

Hello. You can edit blog posts with Elementor and use “HTML” widget to put custom HTML code to the content area. This should work fine as long as your HTML code is valid.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried what you suggested and it didn’t work. The blog post got hanged. The HTML code is provided by Google Adsense and is completely valid.
If you can assure me this can be fixed without breaking or changing the overall aesthetic of your theme then I’ll review the support which cost as much as buying a theme really.

Hello! Which page are you referring to? In most of the theme widgets the image format 1920×1280 is used which is 3:2.

Hello! Yes, every text string you see in the theme demo is customizable including the ones from the loading screen. Preloader is adjustable from theme options as follows: screenshot. Shape is not adjustable (you can only change the circle radius). Regular or animated custom image is possible to use in here.

Hello! You can place them beneath featured image using standard Elementor widgets or the ones provided by the theme. “Featured videos/gifs” (the main covers for posts/pages) are not supported.
Great theme. However, I’m running into a problem with the lightbox. I added a large image so that it would be detailed when it enlarged but you are having to scroll in order to see the whole image rater than being contained in the viewport. Please advise.

Something weird is happening. Your images are opening in iFrames instead of the lightbox (this shouldn’t happen with images). I don’t see such behavior in the theme demo on the latest theme version. I wanted to know if it is possible to filter the dynamic widgets?
For example in “Portfolio Mouse Hover Reveal” widget to show portfolio items from Categoty X only. Like this we could build different pages for different purposes and do not need to manually add the portfolio items one by one.
Another question would be, could you add the same dynamic widgets with the possibility to use the source. For example instead of portfolio to pull the blog posts.

Also there is an option in Customizer https://disk.yandex.ru/i/XgWxaiTjgq1_cg which allows to show preloader one time per active session (until you close the browser’s tab). This is not bound to the specific page but you may still find it useful to show preloader only once.

Hello! Thank you. Unfortunately that hover effect is not coded in the theme. Neither it’s something that is easy to implement via a few lines of JS.

There are 3 masthead layouts available for single post template: Normal, Fullwidth, Fullscreen
along with effects on images etc.
It’s possible to place Elementor widgets (including the ones that are provided by the theme) in the post content area as long as you convert this post to an Elementor-driven page.

Hello, since some weeks ago cursor seems to have latencies in all of your demos. I noticed that in the Kinsey WP Theme too (but not in Cassio). I only see that in your theme. It wasn’t like this before.
Hello. Cursor follower appearance hasn’t changed since the very first theme release. You can adjust the attraction delay manually from Customizer -> Theme Options -> Mouse Cursor -> Trailing Factor where “1” is the lowest possible delay.
