Hello, I am upgrading from 5.0.2 and used the theme settings import process but a lot of the settings have not migrated? There seems to be A LOT of manual work to do to get the new version looking like the published version? Is this just something I have to accept jumping from 5 > 6?

No. The previous and next product navigation feature requires a long product page URL, that should include a collection name. These long URL leads to many SEO problems including duplication of content. That is why our theme doesn’t have this feature and I don’t recommend using long URLs at your store.

I’ve purchased this theme for both of my sites and am a big fan! Keep up the good work. One questions that I wanted to ask is if there’s a way to disable Shopify’s default search behavio when a Search App is implemented. In our site (www.customjersey.com) we have “Smart Search Bar & Filters” by Searchanise. When you try searching for something, if you look carefully the Searchanise results how up, but underneath there’s still the default Shopify search results popup. Is there a way to disable that behavior in Shella, and only make the “Smart Search Bar & Filters” by Searchanise popup show up?

Your question is not clear to me. If you want to show a product variant as a separate product on the collection page. This option is not a Shopify feature. The theme doesn’t have this feature. You may edit the theme source file or hire a developer to add this custom feature to your store.

its also easier to see what I mean exactly.
But essentially what it shows is “sibling products” on the same product page. Pretty common in fashion stores eg sell a top in black, white, red.
You want them so show as individuals on collection page. But when they click into the product page you can select a color swatch to select it in other colors alos.
Rather than the example in this theme’s manual which is you have one product with a million images and swatches (which slows down the load time) & Doesnt allow displaying them all at collection page.
Is the above also a option or in the works?
As I said. It is a custom feature based on custom meta fields. One of the developers sells this custom solution as part of the theme. Try to reproduce this setup with a Dawn theme, developed by Shopify. It is hard to find another Shopify theme with such a feature. Let me know what other Shopify themes have this feature. This solution has disadvantages from an SEO perspective, such as duplicating content. You should create each color as a separate product.

I recommend you to contact the weglot app support first. You may also consider a new “Shopify Translate & Adapt” app to translate your store. It is free and developed by Shopify

UPDATE: The language switcher may not be compatible. You may try “link list” option and use store URLs with language modificators.

This part of theme was unchanged. The images hosted on Shopify CDN. It may be related to CDN internal cache or your network connection.
