I understand this was bought April 8 so it’s a little late for a refund request, but I will say in full diclosure, this theme and product did and isn’t working for me. It’s not what I wanted. Nothing is in use from you any longer and all files have been purged and deleted. I will never be using this again. If you’re willing to refund me, awesome. if not, I get it.

1- The theme uses GamiPress as a base for gamification. You can find a list of theme compatible plugins / features here: https://odindesignthemes.com/vikinger-theme-landing/#plugins
If a plugin is not explicitly listed there, then it hasn’t been tested with the theme and we can’t ensure it will be compatible.
Please keep in mind that due to the really custom nature of the design (that has things like a custom slider with icon tabs in the profile pages instead of the classic BP row of links in order to make it look different than the average BP theme) plugins that may work in a vanilla theme, may require some code customization in order to integrate them.
2- The theme doesn’t have integration with an events plugin. You’d need to customize the code in order to do so.
3- Sadly, we can’t take any custom jobs for that.

Hi, your theme is great, but I would like you to add 2 more features to make your theme more awesome:
1. Can you add a link embedding feature like on Facebook every time user post a status with a link? Thus, the user’s post will be great and more attractive. (demo image: https://imgur.com/nCVlZMV )
2. Simplify the interaction of posts like Facebook. This means that the user can simply press the React button once! of the post is to like the post. And they want to express other emotions like (Love, Wow,...) then they click and hold (or move the mouse over the React button!) to select another emotion.
I hope these additions will help your theme get more purchases.

How do I edit the “simple-dropdown” menu I would like to add there a URL reference to the content report form. Editing JS doesn’t do anything, even though I’m in the file that displays adding to favorites or deleting posts.
Since you guys haven’t been able to add reporting for a couple of years I need to do it myself. It will be simple sending an email to the reporting address with the post ID and who reported. 5 minutes of work.

Please check this out: https://odindesignthemes.com/vikingerthemedocs/how-to-install/ Vikinger plugins are hosted on gitHub, that way we can update them without users having to download a new version each time there’s a plugin update.
Awesome, I found it. Are there any plans to add any additional hooks in the header.. for instance, to add additional user-stats for other plugins to hook into. Such as user has X amount of points etc. It appears in order for me to accomplish this on my end, I need to override 3 header files to achieve this. Please consider adding more filters to the header items. Thanks in advance!

I am writing to express my enthusiasm for your outstanding theme. Its utility, design and adaptability truly stand out and significantly contribute to the success of my site.
As a consistent user, I’ve recently come across a couple of aspects that, if addressed, could further enhance the theme’s overall performance and usability.
Firstly, I’ve noticed a slight misalignment of a button within the WooCommerce integration. Although a small issue, ensuring perfect alignment could have a considerable impact on aesthetics and user experience, contributing to an even more seamless interface.
Secondly, and more substantially, I’d like to suggest an upgrade of the theme to ensure full compatibility with PHP 8.x. Given the significant improvements in performance and security offered by this newer version of PHP, this enhancement could provide immense benefits.
Currently, my setup is running on PHP 7.4. However, with the availability of PHP 8.1 and 8.2, it seems like a natural progression to upgrade. Furthermore, I’ve noted that all my plugins have updated to become compatible with PHP 8.x. I HATE this theme SO much!
I’ve bought it (i think for the second time now) and it SUCKS. It’s running SUPER slow even though I upgraded my server-side to make sure THAT wasn’t the issue.. I’m barely using any of the RAM/CPU or storage on the server side and NOTHING had been installed Yet on the site. I’ve only been testing it for now making a few posts etc. and I’m already experienced backend lag and site lag.
Want a refund.. This is super ridiculous!

First of all, the speed issue you’re mentioning is NOT from the theme. Think about it for just one second…you receive exactly the same theme as everyone else and the same one that you see in the live demo working fine. If this really was a super slow theme that you can’t even use, as you say, don’t you think that after 1300 sales everyone else would have the same problem as you, and everyone would be here complaining about the speed? Good day I missed something simple somewhere. My previous version of my site worked fine, then I started over on another server and this time, whenever a new member joins, they are assigned admin automatically. This as you would guess is a big problem. I missed a tick, or setting somewhere and after hours and 3x reinstall, I can’t seem to figure it out.
