1. That’s right, in all the demos, the home pages are created through Gutenberg blocks, and as you know, Gutenberg blocks can be used on all pages, in any combination.
2. In the theme, you can separately select a template layout for the category page and the blog page, there are four types of layouts.

Hi, I really like the design. I have a question: On front page (well,and on other pages like categories) can you decide whether to hide the text and meta of each post? For example to show only the photo or video of a single post without anything else, or leave only the title, etc?
In this way, on the front page there would be normal posts mixed with others with just a photo, others with just the video, etc.

You can do this, enable, disable meta data for all articles on the category page, blog, home page, as well as on other pages where news blocks from Gutenberg are used. This setting works for all news at once, not individually. Separately, you can implement this using Gutenberg blocks, you can add many blocks, display one unique article each and configure each one separately. The blocks that are on the demo site are Gutenberg blocks. Some of them can be edited through a visual editor, and custom blocks can be edited through a child theme, you can also register new blocks. You can also use sections from the Elementor plugin in the theme, but the theme is more tailored to the use of Gutenberg blocks.

This theme is close to perfect, but it currently doesn’t include a header type with an option for a CTA button + a visible menu. The option “Header 2” is close but all menus are hidden in multi-column sub menus or behind full screen hamburger menus. This will prevent us from using this theme. Any plans to include a header with a CTA button on the right, a simple menu in the middle, and logo on the left?
